It’s Mother’s Day.. Why are you rushing... I just got my pedicure and she did it in literally in 30 minuets, I didn’t get a real massage, the little rubbing she did lasted 15-20 seconds. I will NEVER come to this place again. I hate when they expect a tip but don’t deserve it! On top of everything they waaay overcharged me $40 WoW.. Note to staff- IF YOU WANT TO MAKE TIP AND GAIN CLIENTS, YOU MUST FOCUS ON YOUR CLIENTS AND MAKE THEM FEEL GOOD INSTEAD OF THINKING ABOUT THE TIP. I don't understand these other reviews. Yes the ambiance of the place is nothing special. Flat screens on the walls with most of the time cooking shows. I always have a great exspirence here. I request Jake. I have seen multiple techs and never had a bad job done. The only complaint I have is I wish they had a light pink to to french no chip manicures but of course that is a personal preference. The gentleman at the first station behind the register does the best french if thats what you are looking for. Read Less

Please do not go here. I think that some staff seems wonderful however some are below par. Unfortunately I received someone at that level. During my pedicure my big toenails were cut down as short as they could go. (They look so terrible I will not be able to wear sandals for quite sometime) It happened so fast I didn't notice it had happened and by that time it was too late to fix. I have a job interview tomorrow and I picked a nice red for my toes and my gel manicure. I picked the gel color and the tech choose the toe color to match. My toes were painted red and during my manicure I noticed the color looked off and said that doesn't look like what I picked. They said that it was and my nails ended up being purple/black. My toes did not match at all and when I said that they said it was similar. A very nice gentleman painted my toes to match my nails and touched up my manicure, but I am very unhappy and would hate for someone to end up with ingrown toenails, as I surly will be... Read Less

very very disapointed with the service that we got. I had a full set and my daughter had her nails painted. My daughter polish was popping off in one piece before we ever got home and the next day my nails were already lifting. We did get there around 6 and they closed at 7 but if they couldnt do or didnt want to then they should have said that. I wanted a specific polish combo and she goes oh why you cover up pretty white with color you come back in 2 weeks and then we paint them after your fill. So they rushed and didnt do what was wanted for paint. My friend and her daughter went with us as well and she got a fill and her daughter got her nails painted also. When she was getting her fill he was using the dremmal and went down way to far and almost threw her nail she did not see this till we got home and her polish had a black speck in it so she took it off and the acrylic it self started to get gummy like. Love this place! Very clean and staff is friendly. Every time I go, I am immediately greeted by my first name and seated right away. Several times they have done a repair at no charge. Simply the best nail service salon in the area! Read Less
