I have gone here for several years and had reasonable service, and today I encountered the worst service I have ever had anywhere. The young lady talked the entire time in a foreign language with her friends and never asked me what I wanted, she trimmed my nails poorly did not try to remove Calases on my feet and did basically nothing else in the 15 minutes I was there and charged me $30 for something I could have done myself. Needless to say I refused to pay a tip for such poor service. If this is the kind of service I can expect in the future, I'll be done with them.

Had a great experience, i had a pedicure and mani, and loved how my nails came out! The reason for a 4, is it took a little long and and the nail tech didnt give me a massge like they normally do after doing your nails, other then that i enjoyed myself!

Always polite and respectful of your requests. They do use blue liners for the spa and bring out a sterile package of nail tools each time. I have been going there for about 3 years and no nail fungus...
Always polite and respectful of your requests. They do use blue liners for the spa and bring out a sterile package of nail tools each time. I have been going there for about 3 years and no nail fungus!! They do not pressure you to upgrade. Love it there!

They always get the shape perfect. They always make sure you like what They are doing. They are always time efficient and are always very polite. I have not had one bad experience here since I started coming in the middle of 2017. I love it here! Highly recommended!

HEED THIS WARNING! FILTHY and UNSANITARY NAIL SHOP! This place charged me 50.00 for a pink and white gel fill and to add insult to injury-
did a CRAPPY job! I did not make it through dinner 2 hours l...
HEED THIS WARNING! FILTHY and UNSANITARY NAIL SHOP! This place charged me 50.00 for a pink and white gel fill and to add insult to injury-
did a CRAPPY job! I did not make it through dinner 2 hours later, before the very thin and very cheap product chipped off leaving a scraggly nail and no choice but to gently buff it out till this morning. I arrived promptly at opening to get it fixed. I was bounced between 2 people for 1 nail fix and not the girl that did them originally. My "fix" consisted of drilling out the corner and applying pinkish acrylic powder on my nail where the white tip should have been and leaving my nail lop-sided. *** Did I mention This Place is NASTY DIRTY!!!!!**** I never observed them using sterilized instruments from one client to the next for pedicures nor did they clean out the tubs with any cleaner, just a rinse with the water sprayer, BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My phone is having camera issues or I would add a photo for you all to see.

They did a terrible job on my nails. Do not ask for matte ANYTHING, it always turns out awful. If the nail tech chosen to do your nails is the man, RUNNNNN! He sucks! and after he finished my nails, he got up so fast and ran off and i had to ask the female nail tech next to him to fix all his
mistakes. Even she was annoyed at how bad of a job he did. Something tells me that this is a frequent problem with him. Oh and to top it all off, just one week and my nails are already falling off.

They were friendly and took both of us without an appointment. Gel nails by Demi were done artfully, along with a relaxing pedi. Boyfriend's mani and pedi were done well. Great place to bring your man...we visited on a Sunday and there were quite a few couples. Bella is part of a corporate chain with another location nearby in Wesley Chapel.

I've been coming to Bella Nails for almost four years now. Dein, Kim, Tiger, and Elaine all do a PHENOMENAL job. I've tried other salons in the Tampa Bay area and I always come back. Dein and Kim do an amazing job with acrylic and Tiger and Elaine give the best pedicures. I highly recommend!

I have gone here for several years and had reasonable service, and today I encountered the worst service I have ever had anywhere. The young lady talked the entire time in a foreign language with her friends and never asked me what I wanted, she trimmed my nails poorly did not try to remove Calases on my feet and did basically nothing else in the 15 minutes I was there and charged me $30 for something I could have done myself. Needless to say I refused to pay a tip for such poor service. If this is the kind of service I can expect in the future, I'll be done with them.
