Beaches Best! Great ambiance, very clean, plus really nice massage chairs. My husband and I had Lynn and Tin for our amazing spa pedicures. I have been on the hunt for a very good salon at the beaches for regular treatments for over 3 years. This is THE place. Oh my, what a wonderful experience.I took my wife here for a date night and we were both so impressed from the moment we walked in. We were greeted promptly and cheerfully, and my wife received a consultation on the different nail polishes they offer. Once she chose a polish we were ushered to our chairs and were given a cool list of varying kinds of pedicures most of which included hot stones. We chose the Zein's Sensation, which was more of an upgrade than our norm, but it really was enticing and......I have been in the doghouse lately.The pedicure itself was phenomenal and my technician spoke excellent English, which is not always the case. The sensation includes mask, scrub, paragon, hot stone and extra callus care.  But you don't have to do the "get out of the doghouse" option, there are more simpler and less expensive choices, so don't think you have to go for the Full Monty. But if you are really in trouble, they do have the Secret of Zen pedicure which to me seemed like the "when your wife is about to leave you" pedicure.  So, after trying a number of locations, I think we have found our go to nail salon.  Need a glass of wine to unwind?  They provide wine, soda or water bottles on request, so enjoy. I just moved to Jacksonville and was desperate to get my nails done. I got my acrylics taken off and redone here and they did amazing. It's hard to find somewhere that does them so well and they were perfect. I will be coming back here for all my fills! Read Less

I usually go to only ONE place in Jacksonville to get my nails done, but this time wasn't the case. I had to get them done quick, so I figured coming here would be good since it was closer to home. I do not regret it AT ALL! In fact, this is going to be my new "go to" nail salon. Perfection is what the staff aim for. I have never seen my nails looking better. I have acrylics, and the color/ time to fill, lasted SO long. They took a really long time perfecting my nails, and I really appreciated the dedication that they have to making sure their customers are happy. Another little quirk that makes their salon different from many others, is the fact that they have a little air vent at every air station that "sucks" the smell of the acrylics away. So the whole store doesn't smell like the original "nail salon" aroma, that gets pegged on most stores. The decoration and music in this salon is very "zen," just like the name. Today was my first time visiting Zen Nail Spa and I must say, customer service was great from the beginning to the end! Tiffany is who assisted me. She is sweet, informative and does an amazing job. She was very patient with me because I didn't know what color I wanted and changed my mind a few times before making a final decision. This place is so zennnnnn. My friend and I walked In with no appointment for mani's and were seated within 10 minutes. The decor is on point! Very relaxing. Super clean    Staff is very friendly and a bonus....they don't talk to each other over you while they are working. Nail shaping and technique was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of colors to choose from for my nails. I even got a nice massage included in my manicure. The prices are great. I will so be using this establishment again! Loved this place. They take awesome cleanliness precautions like a sink cover so you always have clean water, individual scrub and lotions pumped from a large container into small dishes, one use emery boards, etc. great service and massage. So far, really nice. They have a wide selection of colors, and the entire place is very clean, calm, and soothing. I was offered bottled water and was asked if i was comfortable, The pedicure chairs have many different massage settings, and I really like the variety of pedicure services they have that are more and less expensive. I chose the 28$ dollar pedicure and it included everything you would need a pedicure for; cuticles, trimming, scraping the dead skin, and an exfoliating scrub was also used, it was great. The only thing was that my water was about room temperature, but it was my fault because they asked if it was alright and i said yes. I had my pedicure done by a woman named Hannah and I was very pleased with the experience.Read Less

Extremity disappointing! Very limited sns colors. My Manicurist didn't ask how I'd like my nails shaped. Some are round, some are square. UV light was used when it shouldn't have been. And it's the highest cost at the beach. SNS is usually 35 and I was charged 45. Don't waste your time or money. Read Less

Best pedi and mani gel experience ever. I came in with my 2 daughters and husband and we all got pedicure done in a private room. It was fabulous and different.
