Mediocre quality pedicure and manicure. You put your hands in baggies instead of soaking them-doesn’t feel that great. The hand massage part of the manicure was dry and rough feeling, ugh. But this place was open Sunday and I needed a manicure and pedicure for an event Sunday evening, so whatever. I will return to Long Nails in Naples (always good) unless I really really need a manicure/pedicure on a Sunday. Read Less

I am from out of town and tried this salon on a whim. The place is dirty and I got the worst mani/shellac ever. Polish all over my skin and my nails are weirdly rounded in shape. I was told by the gentlemen who did my nails that I picked a hard color to do, it's the color I've always had with shellac at other salons with no issues. I would not go back. Got the Summer Special Deluxe pedi. $30.  Worth it!!! I would recommend the deluxe pedi over the regular pedicure for sure. It's worth the $10 extra. Timothy is on point. I could tell almost immediately that my mani pedi was going to be disappointing. The person who took care of me was Michael, and he did not seem as experienced as the other technicians. The pedi was fine, but I had to tell him three times during the manicure not to cut my cuticles. When it became apparent that he was not going to clean under my nail beds, I pointed out to him that a couple of my nails could benefit from getting cleaned. He nodded and proceeded to put polish on. I then demonstrated what I meant by showing him some of the dirt under my nail and he then took out a buffer and started to file my nail. It was clear he didn't understand a word of English, which I can overlook, but I can't overlook poor quality or attention to detail, and something as basic as cleaning a clients nails should be routine.When I sat down for my nails to dry, I had the feeling the drying apparatus wasn't efficient. After about 30 minutes my nails still weren't dry, and I noticed one of my toes had polish on them just outside the nail bed. Tim, who seems to have a bit more experience, had Michael redo it which of course meant I had to wait another fifteen minutes for drying. Even having sat there for nearly an hour while waiting for my toes to dry, I noticed the next day they were smudged. Normally I would wear flip flops to get a pedi but out of necessity that day I rode my bike and wanted to wear closed shoes. PSA; they do not put tips on credit cards, so bring some cash even if you're planning on paying with a card. I got a fill in. The gentleman did an excellent job. Good prices as well. This may not be the most posh salon, but the pedicures/manicures last a lot longer than those given by the posh salons in Marco Island.  All of the workers are great (especially the men), but Stephanie will put a sparkle in anyone's eye. Read Less

Located in the same plaza as Publix, I called ahead and was able to get right in for a pedicure and gel shallac manicure. It started getting crowded around 10am so definitely call ahead.Overall, the service was just ok. John was very nice but a bit rough on my nail beds and cuticles. The massaging chair was fantastic and the place seemed clean. I wouldn't make this my regular place but good for a quick vacation mani / pedi. $55 and in / out in 90 minutes. Read Less
