I have been searching for the best nail spa for 3 years, I am happy to say I found it. Cindy did a beautiful job on my pedicure and gel polish. I love that they use OPI gel. By far the worst salon I've been to. People are nice and the salon is clean but I have paid for services twice for my nails to be so poorly done. The woman was very rude to me when I asked if it was normal for my top coat to be peeling after she was done with them. Give me a break lady, I knew it wasn't normal but she insisted it was fine as my SNS powder was peeling off my nails in front of her. $50 down the toilet for the second time. I came here for the first time today because I was already in the plaza for lunch. I wanted to have a design done for the holidays, but I've never had a design done, always just color, so I was a little nervous. But my tech, Tu (I apologize if I spell her name wrong), did an amazing job!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did an even better job than the picture. I love my nails. I have been to many salons in Naples and finally found the best one! Naples Nails and Spa is extremely friendly and clean. The salon takes pride in their services and cleanliness. They are very knowledgeable and use only the best products. First salon in Naples to use OPI gel base, color and UV lamp ... WOW! Don takes the time to ensure every nail is perfectly shaped and polished (Gel that last 3 weeks!) . My friend and I came here for her birthday. We were unintentionally difficult customers due to making a late appointment, arriving late to even that appointment, and having them stay later than closing time because we wanted designs on our nails. They were very patient with us despite all of this. Took their time doing our nails, the designs were perfect (just like a photo we had shown them) and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Just visited for my first time and had a very good experience. Peter was our technician.  Funny and talented. I only had a manicure and he did an excellent job. Awful. Just had the worst manicure in all of Naples. Cuticles totally unprofessional. Used 3-drops of hand lotion which they rub into their own hands before they touch you. Cheap way to do manicure. They employ underage children. Pedicure no better. Read Less

I visited Naples Nail and Spa yesterday for the first time. Don, whom is very personable did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and shaped my nails beautifully . The business facility appears to be clean and I witnessed the pedicure tubs being cleaned after each use. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My one hangup with this establishment is a lack of high quality nail polishing application and design . I do like my nails to look gorgeous and I have to say I enjoyed my nail work more before the polish was applied to them . All in all I would definitely return for a fill. Read Less

Came to Naples for vacation with another family.  All the girls (2 moms & 3 girls) wanted to get pedicures.  The owners and staff were very friendly.  The facility was extremely clean and odorless, no smell of chemicals.  All the pedicures looked great, even the artwork.  No issues using the yelp coupon/discount.  Will definitely come back if we vacation in Naples again. As a new seasonal resident, I needed to find a nail salon in the area. I (of course) checked Yelp for reviews and after having a mediocre experience at another salon ended up at Naples Nails. The shop is clean and well appointed ( their pedicures chairs are fantastic and give the BEST chair massage!). TJ and Don are great and very knowledgeable about the latest polishes and techniques. I had a slight glitch with my gel polish getting blistering after a few days, but when I went back they took me right away and Don made sure my nails were all perfect before I left. I have been 3 times. Manicure, Polish change on toes and polish change on hands. TJ completed my manicure with gel nails. He was very professional and my nails looked great. The polish lasted two weeks without any problems. The only reason I had to get polish change was due to growth. I was very pleased. So I returned. My second visit was for a polish change on my hands. the owner did my nails. She had a bit of an attitude that I put aside as the process unfolded. My nails were not as good as TJ's but ok. Until the next day they started to chip.My third visit was for a polish change on my toes and Christy completed this with perfection. She was very kind and very good. This was gel as well. This is a week after my second trip. The next day, today, my fingernails started to peel. Which was only a week into this polish change. I returned to the salon to discuss with the owner. Remember she is the one who did my nails... She stated my nails were fine, only one was peeling, and she would not change for free. I continued to state my case that she didn't do them well, they shouldn't be peeling or chipping, and I wanted a free redo. After some argument with her she agreed to redo them for free. Tried to tell me I have to get a manicure each time to prevent this which is not true. Tried to upsell me to pay for manicure with my free redo. She asked me what color polish I wanted and I told her I wasn't sure yet, she then said you can't change your color on a free redo!  Like it would cost her more to do a different color....  Then I told her I wanted two coats of gel before the polish and she told me I couldn't do that. I looked at her and said yes I can and I am requesting two coats. She started removing my polish and continued to argue with me. I stopped talking to her. When I did, she then passed me off to Christy. Christy was absolutely wonderful and did a great job.  She felt bad and tried to reassure and comfort me, as did another staff person whose name I don't know. It's pretty sad they were put into that position by the owner. All said and done...I think the owner is incredibly rude, offensive and subpar doing nails. It is unfortunate as Christy and TJ are both exceptional. I will not return and cannot recommend this business due to my experience today. If this is how the owner treats her customers I can't imagine how she treats her staff. I can't and will not support a business that treats customers as I was treated today. Especially when I came to them in a kind and considerate manner and began my conversation about my problem in a respectful manner.***Just to add.....the owner said I needed a manicure every time for the gel polish to last two weeks. My free redo, with additional undercoat of gel, lasted two weeks beautifully. No chips, didn't dry out and no nail breaks. Read Less

This salon is incredibly friendly and eager to assure your service is perfect. I was in town for the Labor Day Holiday and this salon was not only open on Sunday (and Monday) but the staff took their time to provide outstanding service. Don took the time to redo all of my acrylic nails and recommended gel pink and whites which were more natural and healthy for my nails. I loved them and Don is a clear perfectionist with extremely gentle drilling and filing--no nicked cuticles here I recommend the Deluxe pedicure and for only the $8 dollar upgrade its worth all the extra masks and massage--this salon truly pampers you in the pedicure chair without rushing through the massage which I truly enjoyThe salon is beautiful and clean as you can tell the employees are keeping everything sterile and safe.I definitely will be back Read Less

I cant say enough about how much I love this place, I stopped by months ago on a Sunday(huge plus) and got a manicure. I decided to do the gel since i can be a little rough on my hands. And the end product was amazing, it lasted the two weeks and stayed nice and shiney. Since then Ive been back almost every two weeks. The pedicures are amazing and the leg massages really do relax you. I absolutely love the prices here, Ive been to a few other places where its starts out as a 35$ pedicure but as they try to upsell you, you walk out at 60; BUT not at Naples Nails. I found this salon on Yelp and decided to give it a try because it was right around the corner and had good reviews.My pedicure was great. It lasted about an hour, half of which was all massage. (I admit, I'm a total sucker for a good leg massage.) My nail tech, Pim, was very friendly, as was the owner, who sat beside me much of the time working on his own clients--customers, I found out, for nearly 20 years.The atmosphere was modern, and typical for a nail salon. They offer a huge selection of polish colors and finishes, and I LOVED that the room didn't reek of nail polish remover.I wasn't thrilled about the price, though. I ended up being charged $44.00 before tip--which was $6.00 more than the cost I was given when I arrived. I don't mind paying for services, but I don't like being surprised--especially when there's a language barrier that makes it difficult to debate my frustration. It would be nice if they posted their prices up in the store, so customers know what they're getting their wallets into in advance.I'll probably revisit, just not as frequently as I would somewhere cheaper. Thu was the lady who was to give me a manicure.  She was very friendly and informative.  She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a client, and took excellent care of my nails.  I chose to get my nails shellacked, and there were a lot of colors to choose from!  I was impressed.  I was done in less than hour, which is very fast, but she did not skip any details.  My nails are happy!  The pedicure chairs looked very comfy, and I'm guessing they were wonderful, as they were full.  I will have to go back for one. :)Thu said the owners are very sweet people, and unfortunately we're out for the day.  I would like to meet them next time.  Overall, it was a great experience.  It was clean, classy, and the employees were all very friendly.
