Had my nails done about a week ago and they’re already lifting came in to get them fixed and the gentleman had a fit he refused to fix them and did one nail only. While he was doing my nails he was so rough on my hands it was painful I had to tell him when he was hurting me. He also said it was normal for them to start lifting and was raising his voice. Paid $50 to get them done and they’re horrible. I was highly disappointed with the way he came about the whole situation. Will never go back. I Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Read Less

Our first time here... my hubby and I needed a little relaxing and pampering. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and kind and accomodating. Greeted us by name nased on oir appointment time. If you can avoid this salon, do it! For one the nail color selection is about half of many other nail salons you can find, on top of the bottles being dusty and sticky. Second, the woman who gave me a pedicure cut deep below my natural nail shape, which was of course painful. When I minced in pain and told her to stop so I can check for blood (which there was) she insulted me and called me a "baby". How insensitive and unprofessional. When she saw that she had deformed my nail shape, she threw an insincere apology and splashed some cold water from the foot bath on it. The job was sloppy and careless once I later inspected my toes at home ( I just wanted to get it over with and get out of the shop). On top of it, the price was outrageously high for the lack of quality, cleanliness,skill, and customer service. I should have taken my dollars anywhere else. Just had a fabulous mani-pedi at Hollywood with Jay. Love how I'm feeling: relaxed, happy and content. Oh, and my nails! They look incredible. I made an ungraceful entry into the car, smooshed my toenail, and Jay repaired the newly-rippled surface. Now, I am happy again. Life is good. Read Less

Love this place, the owners are so friendly and they do a great job. They go all out with the pedicures (serious massage going, it was awesome) and they really take their time. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, but accidentally messed up the pedicure on the way home, and when I came back an hour later they let me switch to a gel pedicure for just the cost of the price difference, which was super cheap.
