I was a very loyal costumer of Vu Tran ( who use to work at Royal nails & Spa) for over a year. He does a great job with nail design,... unfortunately, the las 4 or 5 times I have seen him and I even drove all the way to this new location, he has been very rude and and did not have any consideration for me or my time. I'm a working mom with 3 kids and a crazy busy life and I try to make time for myself to do my nails, so when it comes down to playing with my time the way he did, is just simply not acceptable!! I would make the appointment and even be there 10 minutes before, one time he left me waiting for 20 minutes and when he finally came to get me to the chair, he did not even apologize, he starter doing my nails and he was going super fast, he didn't even look at me or talk to me, he was soon beyond stress out because he was so behind with everybody. I asked him to do a design that i had showed him, he did everything wrong!! wrong color, wrong size of stones in one nail ( in one nail the stones were bigger than the other one) wrong design in the other nail and wrong flower!! I mean... everything was a disaster. He did everything so fast trying to get me out of there so fast that he made so many mistakes. When you go to a do your nails you expect that to be a relaxing and good experience. Well, obviously he was making my experience with him very uncomfortable and stressful.This had already happen a few times but i was letting it go because I really liked the way he did my nails, but that day I was so mad and disappointed. I gave him another chance a made a appointment for a pedicure.. Well, I don't think I need to say what happen there. He basically left me there waiting, and waiting again!! he was not even half way done with the lady he was at that moment, he did not even bother coming to me to explain or apologize or anything!! Actually none did... So i just decided to get up and leave after almost 30 minutes waiting..... Not sure why he overbooks his agenda and then he runs behind and makes people wait and does a really bad job because he is rushing, besides transmitting that sensation of ( I need to finish with your nails so you can get the hell out of here) and I believe that if you provide a service you most put your clients first at all times, and if you are going to be late, you should simply call or text the person and let them know instead of making them wait for ever as if we all don't have so many things to do !!!
