Horrible file and paint job. My manicure was done in 20 min and completely rushed. I had polish all over my cuticles and even on the back of one of my fingers. The girl who did my nails didn't take any time cleaning them up when she was finished. Total waste of money as I took the polish off as soon as I got home. I won't ever go back.

I used to love this place. I recently went Wednesday September 12th and got shellac and by the 13th they were peeling. I am not hard on my nails and they usually last me 2-3 weeks so it is extremely upsetting that they did such a bad job. They still left some of my old shellac on the bottom. On top of everything when I called they said it was $15 for a solid color and when I went to pay they changed it to $20.

Was not really happy, The nails looked good the first few days.....now the Gel is chipping in the back........Took them an hour and half to do a fill......Don't thinK will be going back or recommendin...

Favorite nail salon in naples! Great service.Very nice people. Richard did my full set of pink an white and I always go back to him. He gives me exactly what I want every time and they always last long. They have amazing acrylic colors to choose from. Prices are great too!

Last time my family and I were in Naples, tropical storm Debby was terrorizing the west coast of Florida, so we were trying to kill time to keep from sobbing about not being able to lay poolside at our hotel. So, my mom and I drove around looking for a nail salon. We ended up at Concept, which had the lowest price for as mani/pedi out of the nail places near our hotel. They were really sweet and did a great job on our hands and toes. For $35, it was the perfect way to wait out the storm. They only had 2 or 3 people working, and despite the weather, they were kind of busy, so I'd recommend calling ahead or making an appointment.

Horrible file and paint job. My manicure was done in 20 min and completely rushed. I had polish all over my cuticles and even on the back of one of my fingers. The girl who did my nails didn't take any time cleaning them up when she was finished. Total waste of money as I took the polish off as soon as I got home. I won't ever go back.

I used to love this place. I recently went Wednesday September 12th and got shellac and by the 13th they were peeling. I am not hard on my nails and they usually last me 2-3 weeks so it is extremely upsetting that they did such a bad job. They still left some of my old shellac on the bottom.
