This has always been my "go to" place for manicures and pedicures when we spend the season in Naples.  However, today is the last time I will ever patronize this business.  I had a french GEL manicure and regular pedicure on Saturday.  On Sunday, the gel was chipped on 3 nails and by Monday, more nails were chipping.  My gel manicures usually last 2 weeks.  I went back this morning to show them and they insisted that it was due to my "thin nails" (my last manicure  (at a different salon) lasted 3 weeks) but they offered to do another french manicure with regular polish.  When finished, the owner said that they had to charge me for the manicure.  After I asked, "are you serious", she finally relented but was not happy about it.  I am amazed at the lack of customer service!!!!! They do a consistantly good job. Nails done perfectly, reasonably priced, and they don't pop off or break in a few days. I'm not diligent about my visits, so I need nails done that will last. Always pleasant, sometimes short handed, but worth the wait. Read Less

The nails came out nice but the customer service was not the same. I was treating my mom to getting her nails done, my sister with her, and I came in about 8 minutes after and she told the owner I was going to be with her and that I was paying for her. Knowing that I would be the tipping her if I felt it was worthy ,so I was shocked when she did this. So I asked if I could be next with a pedi and she said "no time" so I replied with "But it should only take about 15 mins with a gel polish.." she turned towards me with the most amount of attitude drippin from each word "honey everyone is already gone you came too late!" and it was 2 other people and we had at the least 30 min till they closed. I had enough time to go to another nail salon and get my nails done. I wouldn't have mind what she said, it was the way she said it. With such attitude. Dustin did my nails and was awesome. He told me that if one breaks he will take accountability for it and fix it for free. The next day I decided to go back and get a pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes before anyone started. The water turned cold and the massage chair was weak and old. Finally one of the girls came and I told them that the water was cold and if they could please make it hot. She turned the water on and it was still cold. This girl did my pedicure so fast I thought she was in a race. The leg and foot massage was a total disappointment. I left there unhappy. I will go back to get my fill-in cause I was happy with Dustin but I would go somewhere else for a pedicure. Read Less

I´ve been looking for a nail salon for several months, so far not one filled my expectations until today! I tried Center Nail Spa based on Yelp reviews and did not get disappointed! While they do talk walk-in's I called and made an appointment. The lady i spoke with was so friendly and spoke perfect English. Upon arrival she helped me pick out a matching color for my toes that would go well with my hands too. I was not rushed in any way and was made very comfortable. The technician was very nice as well and listened to exactly what I wanted to do. I know some salons get aggravated when you get picky but as a paying customer they were so helpful and understanding. Pedicure and gel manicure were great and the prices were the average in Naples if not, a bit cheaper. I would highly recommend this nail salon and will be going here from now on. Loved it here! Staff was so friendly. Myself and two sisters came in without an appointment and were able to sit for a fill and pedicure within ten minutes. My first time here. Not a bad thing to say. Great color selection. Quality massage chair-not worn out. Linda was very attentive and efficient to some special needs I had. I am so happy that we found Center Nails, they are the best ones in town. I frequently visit this nail salon with my daughter. We absolutely love the girls that work there!
