My wife and I always go to Awesome Nails to get are pedicures done. They are such hard workers, and spend the extra time to give you the full great experience you are paying for. Casey one of the workers is my favorite, I recommend her to my friends and family. I used to think that only woman went to nail salons, but my mind has changed ever since my first pedicure. The girls did an amazing job on my patient and I. The supervisor of the establishment didn't look happy when he saw my 80-year-old patient. We came in for a manicure and pedicures. We left with simple color changes because he didn't believe she could handle anything else. No one should be discriminated by age race or sex. I tried several nail salons after moving to the Naples area and was so disappointed UNTIL finding Holly at Awesome Nails. Busy place but always accommodating. Very clean and professional. I ended up with two toes nails infected from going here. I'm praying they get better. It's been 4 days since I had pedicure. The nail tech had a bad attitude and I think took it out on my toes. She pulled and dug on the cuticles. Read Less

What a greeting! "What do you want?" he snarled when I walked in.  Not sure about cleanliness.  I was getting a polish change and the manicurist pulled her instruments from UNDER the table so no cutting cuticles for me.  Not impressed and the atmosphere is oppressive... move on down the road, IMO! Honestly, this is my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is always friendly, their prices affordable and I love that this place always has people in it. Kevin did mine and my friend's acrylics, which came out awesome! We were at 2 places previously that wanted to charge $5 extra for almond shape nails but there was no extra charge here. I've gotten my toes done by almost all of the nail technician there and the quality is always top notch and the massage is great on your legs (and longer than most places)! 10/10 would recommend again and again!Read Less

I went here for the first time and thought it was great!!  It was crowded when I got there but only had to wait a few minutes.  Sandy did my pedicure, did my pink & white fill.  I get gel topcoat on both. I use this place for many years, but now they pick customer they want. Don't make appointment they are not professional enough to write in their books and when you show up they claim you did not call. This happened to me at least 3 occasion. Read Less

I had my nails done and they did a terrific job.  The owner of the shop yells at his employees in a foreign language which seemed unprofessional.  I have gel overlays with gel polish.  The process is a lot of work and the fee was well earned. Read Less

My wife had her birthday mani/pedi here.  It was OK.  The price was reasonable by FL standards (makes us appreciate the bargains available on Long Island).  The guy who did her nails was attentive and careful.  The guy at the front desk needs a course in courtesy and customer service.  Overall, OK. Awesome gel manicures and relaxing pedicures in a convenient location off Immokalee Rd near Livingston Rd.  They are courteous and punctual and will help you choose the perfect color.  It's my favorite salon in Naples.   They also do a great job waxing. Read Less

I went for a second time and just as fantastic! I had Casey and my friend had Lee. Both girls were very friendly and gave us really nice pedicures. Best pedicure of my whole life! Didn't get the woman's name as they were not wearing name tags but that doesn't affect the amount of professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon.  My mom & I snuck in as walkins before a busy morning and the manager happened to be standing outside and greeted us :) pleased to see a salon open to walk-ins. Didn't have to wait at all, salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing with quiet music. Halfway through my pedicure, an elderly woman who seemed like a regular customer came in late for her appointment and had purchased new cheap files and blamed the nail tech for being "too rough" and "hurting her" when cutting her nasty ingrown cuticle out. The staff didn't even converse amongst themselves about her, and that is truly commendable and graceful. As someone who works with the general public, I know how much people suck. I was really impressed with how well they handled her nonsense.My nails came out wonderful, neat, and well shapen, and the technician is fantastic at massage.  The manager on duty did my mom's fill in 30m (and only $20, can't really beat that)  and it came out beautifully. I was looking for a good nail salon fairly close to home, so I tried this place out. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. It took nearly two hours for the whole thing, which is ridiculous. I understand being thorough but he was just slow. Also, this place didn't seem very clean. When I put my hands down on the manicure table there was nail dust and clear chunks. At one point he pulled a tool out of his pocket to use  on my nails - not very sanitary. I went here for a manicure and pedicure. I was told I would be the next customer waited on and was asked to have a seat. After waiting more than 45 minutes, I went back to the counter to make sure they understood that I was there for service. They knowledge to me and said I would be next. A few moments later, another individual walked in and was taking ahead of me. I left incomplete disgust. I will never come back to this establishment again. Their namesake says it all-- they are awesome. I stopped in this evening after looking around on Yelp for a nail salon. All of the employees were very nice & accommodating. I was the last client of the day, so I got to see how they clean up. I am impressed. Everything from chairs to bottles were wiped down. The floor was swept and mopped. Clean, clean, clean! Pay attention folks because I only write reviews if my service is extraordinary or really bad. I got a gel manicure today and it is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever had. Holly was my tech. Ask for her! She was friendly and efficient. Holly shaped and trimmed my nails exactly as i asked. perfect! She did an outstanding polish job. Wow, a whole salon with no women.  Just men making the same in-jokes in Vietnamese, like the ladies do in other salons.  So I was instantly comfortable and appreciative. I liked their competitive spirit too. It's convenient to just go to the first nail salon when you drive into the Strand's strip mall.  But if you're the second salon down the line, and you're on to that customer phenom, you'll stick some signs in the lawn as Awesome does that persuades us lazy customers to drive a little further down the center's parking lot and take advantage of Awesome's mani/pedi prices which undercut the competitor's.My gell was done carefully and well.  I took mental exception to being told a couple of times before checkout that "It takes a lot of work, huh?"No matter.  The tip was earned.
