After a terrible experience at another local salon ending with me in tears, and very few other options late on a Sunday, I found myself at this salon inside walmart. Normally I'm not so critical about my nails, but I have my engagement pictures next weekend and I almost never have my nails done anyway so this is important for me. The manager Phong fixed them. He was so nice, and even ended up staying an hour and a half late for me and Hellen stayed just as long for my mom. My nails look fantastic, and even though I live in Clearwater I am definitely coming back to have him do my nails for my wedding in April. I was beyond surprised that a little nail salon in Walmart would be my new favorite salon. I highly recommend Phong and Hellen to EVERYONE! Read Less

Very disappointed with them. I drive from Lakeland because I have been going there for about 12 years. Today I sat with my feet in the water for 40 minutes. There was only one other person getting a pedicure. This is unexceptable I will not be going back. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Read Less

I usually get my eyebrows done here and have never had a bad experience so I decided to go get my nails done here. However, after getting my nails done yesterday I will never go back. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, nothing special. The man doing my nails wouldn't talk to me when I tried to strike up conversation so we sat there in silence. After getting my nails done I realized my hand was cut in multiple places from them sanding down the gel on my nails. The glue holding my nails together is very visible even though it feels like they will break off at any minute. My friend also got her nails done, just gel polish, again nothing special and asked for design twice, they never gave her design or asked her anything about it just said okay. At the end of it all I paid $65 for an okay mani and pedi and some cuts in my skin. I would recommend going somewhere else. Read Less

I'm still sitting in the parking lot typing this so nobody will make the mistake I did by going here. I went to this shop because my usual was closed. The guy doing my nails was rude but the other staff seemed nice. I went in to get a full set nothing special. The guy I was asked to sit with had a sleeve of tribal tattoos. He complained about doing the shape I desired so I had to go for a stiletto shape that costed extra. There's super all over my fingers even tho there's barely any holding the nail on my finger. He jerks your arms, hands, and fingers around and plays on his phone every so often while you're sitting in front of him waiting for him to finish your nails. There's bubbles and ail filings in my acrylic and polish. All in all, worst salon I've been to including the few I visited in New York. Read Less
