To whom it may concern, I would like to share my experience as I’m still in shock of the way I was treated as a customer. Working in the customer service industry and management for many years I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I went in your nail salon for my first time because it’s close to my home wanting to get my nails done like I always do a nice white smooth shiny nail polish and fill. The gentleman that did my nails used a white polish that was old and clumpy and left my nails looking terrible. When I pointed out to him and asked him to delete the bottle of white polish or please apply a new one he asked me to pick another color. That’s not what I came to the salon for I came for white specifically. As he started to buff off all of the white polish being very rough with my nails cutting my cuticles several times he asked me to go wash my hands. As I left his station to wash my hands he turned his light off and cleaned off his desk I looked around and was confused. When I came back to approach him he told me that I was going to have to find somewhere else to get my nails done. I was absolutely shocked over his behavior. So after taking my time and not doing what I asked which was not out of the ordinary he charge me $35 and told me to go to Winn-Dixie Plaza and get my nails done there. I am completely appalled and shocked and I should’ve never paid him. to take money for a service that was not completed and old material was used on my nails was the first mistake then to tell me indirect me to go to another nail salon which I did and they did a fabulous job with no problem with anything I asked I don’t know how you stay in business. Small businesses struggling this economy and to have this kind of behavior from the employee this employee should no longer work for you. I want everyone to know that frequency this nail salon that this is the kind of treatment that you get being a new customer. Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to speak to me about this as I would really like management to know what’s going on in their salons when you’re not there.

The pedicure I received was wonderful but the manicure I got was just terrible. I'd reccomend this place for a pedicure for sure, but my fingernails are bleeding and painful as the guy doing my nails cut my cuticals too much. 3 of my nails are now sore and bloody. I paid 50$ for a mani pedi normal polish French tip. I'll probably go back for a pedicure but I'm gonna continue with my normal salon (nail bar) for my manicures

I love this place! They have the BEST pedicures! I used to live right down the street which is how I found them but even after moving across town they’re the only nail place I use!!

They were really good about getting me in on time for my appt. the pedicures were amazing! They did my fill while I was getting my pedicure so I wasn’t there any longer than needed which was nice. I love the selection of shellac colors they have!!! But, my nails are all filed at different lengths, they are all shaped differently, and when the clear coat was put on it piled up and looked bad. It was the most I’ve ever spent at a nail place and I think for the sake of how much I spent and I’m not totally satisfied with my nails, I may try other places out here by my house.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the guy who did my nails cut my cuticles, which bled and hurt, on two fingers and one of my toes. Also, i had chosen a gel color he didnt like and he said it was weird, but i assured him that I LIKED it. I paid $55 dollars for a fill(with gel polish, no design) and pedi, I shouldnt have cut up cuticles. I'll be going else where from now on, it's a shame because they are so close.

Every time I walk into this place, they are nothing but rude. They look up and realize you have walked in and still do not ask how they can help you or tell you how long the wait will be. This is now the third time I have sat for 15 minutes without anyone saying a word to me although they know I am there before I've given up and walked out. Not to mention that they charge TWICE the amount every other place does for gel removal, and their gel chips horribly compared to other salons. Go somewhere else!

This place is over the top! I walked in today, no appointment and was in the chair within 5 minutes. The owner introduced himself to me and proceeded to give the best pedicure I've ever had. Super clean! Super relaxing. AND bonus ~ everyone speaks English! The one thing I've never seen was the bowl liners they use and change between clients. Very nice. Sanitary. They do everything. Waxing, facials, eyelashes, brow and lash tints, paraffin pedicures, the possibilities are endless. I will be back Thank you.

This is the Only place I have my nails done at. Very friendly and great service for the price. This is also the only place I give my eyebrows to, Choo Choo does an amazing job. Been coming here for years, they know all the regulars by name and every time I come they ask about my family. Love this place. Are they busy? Yes all the time, I make appt but yes sometimes I have to wait a little bit, but I dont mind at all, 23.00 for pedicure with a great massage, parafin and hot rocks...thats worth the wait.

I enjoyed nearly everything about my visit today. I've been going here off and on for the past four years. If there is one thing I'd like to see changed, it would be to enhance the spa-like atmosphere by encouraging patrons to whisper or speak quietly. I'd pay extra for my services to see this happen. Otherwise, I am always happy with my visit. Jenny's gel manicure and spa pedicure services were fantastic. I would recommend(and have recommended) Bluewater to friends.

Great Pedi's for a fantastic price. They are very friendly. I have seen some reviews that said people there are rude. I've been here at least 50 times and never had that experience. If you come in on a Friday afternoon or on a Saturday without an appointment, they may tell you that they need you to come back in an hour or so, but that's just because they are busy. But they are always nice about it and always get you in if you are patient. Yes you can go other places without the wait, but there is a reason those places have no wait.

Absolutely the best pedicure I've had in Lakeland, they were nice and actually talked and joked with you. My pedicure included leg and foot massage, hot rocks and paraffin wax for $23. This is my new place for pedis!

Also when she was grinding the old gel off of my nail the was no fan drawing the dust away from my face and for someone with asthma like me I was not happy at all!! Pick another salon!!!

They are incredibly rude here if you do not make an appointment, even though they have no sign that says by appointment only. I used to go here as a walk-in all the time and they were great. Then, I don't know if they got new management or what, but all of a sudden there's one woman in particular who gives me attitude every time I walk in there. If they're busy, she will look at me with a really condescending smile and say "sorry", then tell, not ask, me to come back. Thing is, I am not going to waste my time or my gas leaving and then returning only to wait some more, it doesn't make sense. Today, I told her I didn't mind waiting and she basically said, "too bad get out" with that same snotty smile. So if you're looking for walk-in don't bother going here, they are anything but accommodating. Try Paradise Nails or NYC Nails right up the road.

To whom it may concern, I would like to share my experience as I’m still in shock of the way I was treated as a customer. Working in the customer service industry and management for many years I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The pedicure I received was wonderful but the manicure I got was just terrible. I'd reccomend this place for a pedicure for sure, but my fingernails are bleeding and painful as the guy doing my nails cut my cuticals too much. 3 of my nails are now sore and bloody. Great Pedi's for a fantastic price. They are very friendly. I have seen some reviews that said people there are rude. I've been here at least 50 times and never had that experience. If you come in on a Friday afternoon or on a Saturday without an appointment, they may tell you that they need you to come back in an hour or so, but that's just because they are busy. But they are always nice about it and always get you in if you are patient. Yes you can go other places without the wait, but there is a reason those places have no wait.

I don't know what the below people are talking about. I was there today on my lunch break for the first time. Absolutely the best pedicure I've had in Lakeland, they were nice and actually talked and joked with you. My pedicure included leg and foot massage, hot rocks and paraffin wax for $23. This is my new place for pedis!

I went in for a gel manicure, they only had about 30 colors to choose from. My old salon must've had a hundred! Literally! It would take 15 minutes just to choose a color! Also when she was grinding the old gel off of my nail the was no fan drawing the dust away from my face and for someone with asthma like me I was not happy at all!! Pick another salon!!!

They are incredibly rude here if you do not make an appointment, even though they have no sign that says by appointment only. I used to go here as a walk-in all the time and they were great. Then, I don't know if they got new management or what, but all of a sudden there's one woman in particular who gives me attitude every time I walk in there. If they're busy, she will look at me with a really condescending smile and say "sorry", then tell, not ask, me to come back. Thing is, I am not going to waste my time or my gas leaving and then returning only to wait some more, it doesn't make sense. Today, I told her I didn't mind waiting and she basically said, "too bad get out" with that same snotty smile. So if you're looking for walk-in don't bother going here, they are anything but accommodating. Try Paradise Nails or NYC Nails right up the road.
