While the staff was really pleasant and there were many colors to choose from, my nail technician was older and did a really messy job on my nails. I got shellac and she put at least six coats of color (it wasn’t a sheer color) and got the polish all over my cuticles. My nails turned out fine, I’ve had them done better, but my mothers nails were so terrible. They were too high and some polish was not even on her nail. It was on her skin too. The lady is very nice, the man doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also my hands were very dry at the end. They did not apply and lotion.. I would not go back. Read Less

Came here on a Sunday evening right before they closed and with no appointment, they were only to happy to welcome us in. We decided to get a couple spa pedicures. The pedicure were great topped off with a glass of wine and a shoulder massage as we waited for our toes to dry. Bonus... we made two new friends here! Thank you for the great service!! I've been going to Secret Nails for a little over a year now and recently every time I go I ask for an American gel manicure the lady who owns this Spa refuses to do my nails the way I want them done. She puts the French white on instead and lies to me when I ask her if it's the American gel. I've taken picture of my nails in the past from the other lady who has done my nails and it's not the same. I just cannot go to this place anymore. I am new to town and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I was the only one in there for the whole hour and a half it took to get my nails done. Which after work, was nice. They insisted on giving me a full new set. She went to soak the nails I had off. She said to sit there for 5 min. She waited all of a minute and a half before she started to pry the nails off with another nail. She was busy texting and paying attention to her phone while she was working with me. Instead of slipping the nail she was using to remove the acrylic in between the top nail and my real nail, she drove the fake nail under my real nail causing me to bleed. Besides the fact the nails are thick and bubbly and she painted them like I asked her not to, I only got a few more cuts on my cuticles before leaving. Disappointing and definitely won't be coming back.Update: Went to go get the nails taken off. They were so badly done that they were growing fungus and causing my skin to have a reaction to whatever they used. Horrible! Read Less

Me and my sister went and got our nails done for a wedding and we both got acrylics. They did a horrible job and made my nails uneven, thick, and they weren't even smooth they were bumpy. They had to do my sisters twice because they messed up the first time and they still looked horrible. we will never be back here again! Read Less

I had a little nail emergency and realized I needed to get them done before heading home. Stumbled on this place and so glad I did. It's a beautiful space for a nail salon, people were friendly and there were lots of choices for colors which is always nice. I moved to lake county 5 months ago, but continued to drive to Orange County to get my nails done because I tried a place here and it was horrible. The drive was really weighing on me though, so I decided to really research to see if I could give somewhere else a try. The reviews for secret nails and day spa were really good so I decided to give them a try. I knew almost immediately that this would be my new place!!! Very clean (they used plastic disposable pedicure bags inside of the pedicure soaking station for each client to protect from contamination), friendly and my nails and feet looked great when I left! It's been 3 weeks since I got them done and there is absolutely no lifting whatsoever on my acrylic nail set!!!!
