Jelly pedicures! Yes! I enjoyed being able to relax and get this awesome pedicure. I haven't had a mani pedi in over a year. That being said, I did not enjoy being asked over and over AND OVER if I want gel, that I should want gel, and that regular polish will just chip, even after I said I just needed it to last 2 days (which it did). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I have come to this nail salon multiple times because of the good reviews but each time was worse than the last. I made an appointment and waited 20+ minutes only for them to take a walk in over me. The actual job on the nails was sloppy and only lasted a week for gel acrylics. Don’t waste your time. They’re very friendly and do a good job but their work DOES. NOT. LAST. I had a chip on my gel polish the day after I got them done. I went back in and they fixed it at no cost. All good. Next day, another chip on another nail. I didn’t even bother. It’s been only 1 week since I went in and one of my nails lost half of the polish in the shower. I don’t work with my hands, I don’t use harsh chemicals. Terrible, terrible. This is the second time I’ve gone and they have been completely rude! First Leon and today was Emily. I asked for a full set and she was critizing me when she started doing what she wanted to giving me something I didn’t even ask. I also was looking at the colors on the nails that were hanging and she snatched them right out of my hand and told me, “No, you get regular color!” Who the hell are you to tell me? I am from out of town. I went in for a pedicure. Nowadays, they have an assortment of pedicure packages. They tried to talk me into a high price package. As soon as I requested the basic pedicure, it became a rush job with little quality. I put my phone down to pay more attention. The rush slowed down. Still, my french pedicure has a chip in it where she failed to file it even. The heels are still rough as sandpaper. My advice to you is don't waste your money here. Read Less

I have been going there for years. I stopped going about 6 months ago due to the quality of the polish. It was chipping off suddenly and it's gel polish, it shouldn't do that. Ella (my favorite tech) left, but I tried going back one more time on Sunday..... I paid $84 and for what, I went back on Monday to have 2 of my gel polish nails redone, they were chipping and now today (only 2 days after having them done), I have another 2 nails chipping.... I am a frequent customer of this salon, and lately the quality of service has declined. I recently got my eyebrows done and they are visibly uneven. I will now be spending weeks to fill in one of my eyebrows to match the other until it grows out. In addition, every time i go to get a pedicure, the staff is pushy on buying the special treatments. I went here only after going to Alina Nails up the street. That place was AWFUL and did a horrible job on my nails. But I also wanted a pedicure for the holidays, so I went down the street and am SO happy I did. This place is so tranquil and they really take their time and make sure you are happy with the quality of work! Unlike the other place that was only about quantity NOT quality! I'm so surprised at the negative reviews, as this is my go to nail spa.  They are almost always busy, very clean, and do a wonderful job on pedicures and manicures!  If you really want to be pampered, get the "Jelly Pedicure," where they use a Jell-O type product that you soak in and there is so much massage with this one ~ it's heavenly!  I also wanted to add that I used to work in an upscale spa up North, so I'm super picky when it comes to spa services! Very clean, polite and knowledgable staff and technicians. Spa pedicure costs a little more but is so worth it. My feet were very soft after being pampered with the extras! I was a tourist traveling from California. I was a bit hesitant about going to this nail spa because it didn't seem very busy, but I decided to give it a try since it was my cousin's birthday. I went for a royal blue that was very watery and faded quickly. My manicurist seemed a bit confused as to what she was doing and started to give me a design although I didn't want one. The massage chairs were nice and so was the free water, but I wasn't pleased with the service. My wifi didn't work even though I was connected.The next day, I was surprised to see a huge chip in the polish on my nail. I gave up and took the faded, chipping, polish off. To make matters worse, my good friend went to get a mani/pedi. She ended up leaving her Nook but was out of the location area by at least an hour. She called to see if they could look for it or if it was even there and the lady rudely dismissed the problem. She refused to look for it and kept cutting her off, saying she was accusing them when all she wanted was to find her Nook. I will never go back to this location and I do not recommend it!!
