My mother and I went for just a pedicure. It was a little busy but not to bad so we expected a little bit of a wait which was fine. We waited over and hour before someone got to me, and my pedicure began when my mother was still not seen. After a painful pedicure(vocalized my pain but continued to the point I bled a little bit), we left without my mom getting her pedicure. We spent 2 and a half hours there and only I got the pedicure. I was glad that they could accommodate my allergies, even so, not worth the time, money, or pain. They still made us pay full price for my pedicure despite all of the complications. I came to this salon a couple of months ago to get my nails done for my wedding and I absolutely loved them. They looked amazing! And I kept going back every two weeks for a fill. Every time I came in, my nails got worse and worse. I had a coffin shape and they eventually stopped shaping my nails. Some were coffin shaped and some were rounded. Thid young guy you can clearly tell is still learning was studying and falling asleep and they had him finish my nails after someone else started them and he threw glitter I didn't even ask for on my accent nail and when I told him that I didn't like it and never even asked for it he got annoyed and called the manager David who also looked annoyed and had to file the glitter off since it was gel. the last time I went I asked for matte black nails and I'm not sure if she was being stingy or if the matte top coat was cheap but my nails looked like garbage. They weren't matte at all and I even had my coworkers asking if I painted them myself because they looked so horrible. They didn't clean the excess polish off the sides of my nails so when the gel dried I had polish all around my nail they didn't bother fixing. Went in for a full set of acrylic nails. They were super busy, so I understand having to wait a little bit. But I must have had the owner guy doing my nails because every 2 minutes he was getting up from doing my nails to cash people out or sell gift certificates to everyone who walked in the door. And there was A LOT of people that came in for gift certificates. He wasn't even paying attention when he WAS doing my nails. Constantly looking around and worrying about everything and everyone else. And my nails came out crooked and all different lengths. He didn't even get the fake nails on straight! Horrible! The worst nails I have ever had done! I only went here because it was highly recommended by my hair salon. I will have to update them on how they treat their customers and how they rush and don't pay attention to their customers. Awful! Don't go here! This place was nice and big, they seemed pretty clean. The reason I wasn't to impressed with this place is because my nail tech keep falling asleep while doing my pedicure and he keep jabbing me with his finger nail while rubbing my legs and feet. I'm a complete nervous wreck when getting my acrylics done anywhere besides my home nail salon but I was due for a fill and was going to be traveling for the next week so I didn't have a choice. I found this place on yelp and took my chances. So happy I did! The girl who did my fill took directions perfectly and did my nails exactly as I wanted them. They also worked my nails and feet at the same time so it all took under 45 minutes. I came in pretty late and was the last one in the salon but a man who seemed like the owner was super nice and asked me my name, where I was from and what I do for a living. For being such a neurotic nut about where I get my nails done, I was super impressed with this place! The massage chairs for the pedicures were probably the best I've been in as well. If you find yourself in this area and need your nails done, I think it's safe to say you'll leave this place happy. Read Less

Every time I move I have to search and search for a great nail salon.  I really lucked out this move and found the perfect nail salon. David, Kim and the rest of their staff is amazing. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. They have a great variety of glitter acrylic, gel polishes and regular nail polish colors.  They have a full menu of manicure, pedicure and waxing services.Parking is always easy too. Read Less
