Nail Lounge Miramar is hands down one of the best salons in the Broward area. Their chairs are not your typical massage chairs as you'd see in other salons, but their effort and precision in their craft make up for it. I'm pretty particular with how I like my nails to be done and only go to the Nail Lounge when in South Florida (or I don't have polish on my nails). They also have pretty competitive prices for their services. OPI is an additional surcharge but other than that, their prices definitely beat competitors. Read Less

I have been coming here for over a year now! I LOVE THIS PLACE! You are always greeted once you come in. There is always an amazing vibe here. They are always up to date with their colors. I do my nails with Long and he is great, genuinely takes his time with you. I have done my pedicures with numerous techs and they are all just as good. I have been going to the nail lounge for years. My 1st time leaving a complaint. I got my nails done last week and three of my nails are already lifting. I came to report it to the manager. Her response was things happen and they only cover up to seven days. I have been coming here for years and that was the best response she had. She then ask me to wait until tomorrow, when my nails are lifting. Ridiculous they just lost a good customer. After getting my nails fixed the manager stated I wasn't trying to here her out. I set there and explained my situation to more than once. The tech replaced my three nails and filed them differently from my other nails. I loved how they quickly accommodate me with a nail tech ! The nail tech also matched the color that I showed her on my phone perfectly ! She did such an amazing job ! I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for years, I personally always see Wee however all techs do an amazing job. If you’re a nail art lover this is the place for you! They just renovated all the interior design and it’s super chic and the energy is always great. Only thing I would recommend is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! So I've been coming here for the last few weeks. I'm coming back for Stephanie, finally found someone who can do my eyebrows. She was super sweet also.Both times I've come, my nails have chipped. I got an OPI gel manicure and it got chipped within a week. I was a little upset. Nonetheless, I got to give my compliments to Kimmy from the front desk. She made feel like it was okay both times I came to fix them. Today she went above and beyond and made sure all my nails were okay. So thank you ! Great customer service ! I recommend making an appointment since this nail salon is high volume! I waited about 5-10 minutes with my appointment so I was pleasantly surprised. I learned about Nail Lounge from a fellow Yelper's review and decided to check them out.  I have been back now about 4 times and each time has been a good experience.PLUS:The best thing for me is that they are pretty fast.  The wait time depends on whether you have an appt. or a walk-in, but in both cases, you will be seen rather quickly and the service is fast, too.  The last time I was there was on New Year's Eve as a walk-in.  Was wait-listed for 40 minutes (no problem, went next door to have lunch), and the mani-pedi with gel took a little over an hour.The place is clean.  They thoroughly clean out the pedi water basin and line it with a plastic cover for each person.  Also, their work stations are very clean.They offer good quality nail polishes - like OPI - but get ready to pay extra for it.They give excellent pedis with the hot towels with the foot rub that feels like heaven.Some of the manicurist do really nice nail art that I have seen them do to others while I get my nails done.MINUS:The cost.  I think I pay about $60 for gel mani/regular pedi.  Plus tip, it's $70 a pop.The nail polish sometimes does not last very long, even with the gel.Despite the negatives, I like going there and will continue to go back because they do good work at a fast pace.  Even if it costs more than other salons, time is valuable and a girl's just gotta have nice hands and feet. The first time I came here, Wee, one of the employees had a really bad attitude and didn't polish my feet properly (I notice that usually the ones who usually do nails act as if they too good to do feet. I had acrylic on one of my toe nails and she had did a dreadful job to it.). My daughter had Angela and she kept texting on her phone when she was supposed to be doing my daughter's nails. But I gave Wee another chance the next time I came and everything was okay. I have been coming here for months (I tip everytime and very well) and everything was alright for the most part until I tried to make another appointment.I was denied the ability to make any more appointments because I missed 3 appointments in my time going there. I was never informed that I had to call to cancel an appointment. I was informed that Wee complained about my missed appointments. Many times I have been there on time and had to wait to see her because she wasn't done with someone else.They also have many people  who wait, so that if anyone has an appointment that does not come, they have customers to take their place. Missed appointments do not cost this place any money nor does it back them up. The Hispanic girl in the front with the black hair eventually became unpleasant on the phone while trying to explain the situation, which she did poorly until I had pried the information from her. I paid very good money for their service, everyone who steps into their establishment does, and they do very little to give back or express thanks for this. I was once given one $5 coupon for their services when every single time I come, my daughter goes with me to have her nails done. We are two separate people so why only one coupon? It's only $5. That's hardly anything. They do a good job on nails, but their customer service sucks. Don't go and spend hundreds where people don't respect your business. They actually don't respect you. These nail salon people stick together, especially when they are wrong. At this salon, the customer is never right, the employee always is. I hope you have a better experience than my daughter and I did.This has encouraged me to go online and learn how to do my own gel and acrylic nails, which is actually very easy. They all know what their doing and knowledgeable of services and prices. Prices are NYC prices and you get the services you want. I first walked in to the nail lounge on a Friday night at 6:30. This was just a few minutes before they closed, but Na was able to fit me in and give me a pedicure. Although the pedicure was quick, I loved how pretty my toes came out. I highly recommend Na as a nail tech! The next day I came back in for an acrylic full set without an appointment, so I ended up waiting for 90 minutes. It was well worth the wait as Ty was very careful while he did my nails and they came out exactly how I wanted them. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted, and I was so happy that that's what he gave me. I also highly recommend Ty! I have been back 2 more times, but having learned my lesson - with an apppointment only! When you make an appointment you get to skip the wait line and they are always on time. I prefer this much better as I am in and out in no time! You can make am appointment through Yelp, but if you want someone specific then do it through their website. I now get my nails done with Long who is an expert in applying acrylics and nail designs. He is also extremely pleasant to talk with - a trend I  noticed in this salon is superb customer service. I highly recommend Long as well! The salon is very spacious and always busy. The pedicure chairs are not massage chairs, which is the only thing that I do not like. If you can, I recommend upgrading to the deluxe pedicure for $10 more. It includes a foot mask and a foot massage that almost makes up for not being able to receive a back massage.Overall I am extremely happy with The Nail Lounge. Every nail tech is up to date with the latest tends, I don't have to worry about a language barrier, they are fast and efficient, and they aim to please their customers. I learned of the nail lounge some time last year when a friend would always post about it on Instagram. I'm so glad I decided to leave my old nail spot and give it a try. Nail lounge is nicely decorated and more of a boutique nail experience. They are very clean and you always see the staff sanitizing and using different equipment between clients. The receptionist is very friendly and has great customer service. Me and my sister come every 2-3 weeks and go to Paula and Michelle. They are absolutely the best! They are fast, efficient and very thorough. They help us choose new colors and are always attentive to our needs. I have been coming here for about a year now and I love this place! From the second you walk in, you are greeted by their friendly receptionist who will quickly check you in.  They are usually busy, so I highly recommend making an appointment. The entire place is clean, well-kept, and every member of their staff is helpful and nice. My sister & I come every couple weeks and our techs are Michelle & Paola.  We loooove them! They remember what we like and go above & beyond to accommodate us (they even proactively coordinate so that my sister & I can sit next to each other!).  Overall, this lounge is worth the visit, you will not be disappointed.  They have great techs (some who do great nail designs) and great color selections. The best part about this place is the quick service. With an appointment, I am always in and out fairly quickly. They have a super easy booking online process which is great!The downside is that the manicures are sometimes hasty and not sealed great so they start to chip early compared to some other places I've had mani's done. I went as a walk in first time with my baby sleeping and the lady in the front rudely told me NO STROLLERS allowed and that there was a sign in the door. Great customer service and minimal waiting time. They have a convenient appt scheduler online that makes it easy and stress free to book future appointments. I love all the variety for mani and pedi's. They have regular mani, gel, and acrylic. I saw some ladies there doing crazy designs so that was cool to know they are able to do that. Gel manicure: she did a wonderful job. She left a nice shape on my nail. I wish she could've cut a little more cuticle since mine grow very fast but other than that it was very nicely done. Regular Pedicure: This is the first time I get my legs wrapeped getting a pedicure at a nail salon. I felt like I was in a spa. It was so nice. I always skip the pumice stone because my feet are very sensitive but she used an exfoliator that I loved and left my feet and legs feeling very soft. The addition of the icy hot like cream then applying a hot towel was a perfect touch. I totally recommend this spot. Parking is plentiful in this location and it's very easy to find. Read Less

Kara has been doing my nails for about 4 months now and I just love the great ideas and new products she always has to show me! She has all the latest styles and technologies for acrylic nails and designs. She does free hand work and it always comes out looking amazing. And she gives a hell of a foot massage! The quality of her work is amazing and the salon itself is a beautiful and relaxing environment with a very clean, modern feel. All of the girls here are really nice and make the whole experience very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little salon with fair prices and great atmosphere.
