I wish I could post photos so you can see the results. They are not careful at all.. was my second time and will be the last. They charged me for a full set if I went for a fill, my nails shape are sideways and big and square, also different sizes. look super fake and ugly. The worst part was when the man who did my nails hurt all around of them using the machine because they are not careful. So every time he uses the coat or any product on top it hurts and feel burning (I still feel the pain). I left with 4 fingers bleeding right next to my nails. Was supposed to be a nice and relaxed time but I couldn’t wait to run away from there. I forgot to mention he stopped doing my nail and start to trim his own nail with the same machine he was using on mine, then he went back to do my nails!!! How grooosss!! They are also very rude. I came in only to have my gel nail polish removed. Although I was seen quickly, the rest of my experience was pretty awful. The nail tech was ROUGH and the entire process was pretty painful. I still have nail polish left on the edges, and she buffed my nails but they still came out very rough on the surface, and my nails were filed with very sharp corners (I mean it, these things can be used as weapons). As I went to check out, they said the charge was $15! To only remove nail polish! I asked why so much (my usual place does it for free, I only leave tip) the gentleman said "She buffed and filed your nails, didn't she?" Yes, but I never asked her to. This has been one of my worst experience at a nail salon in all my years. My nail technician was Jerry, in less than 24 hours my nails had lifted and chipped. I came in the next day for a refund or to fix it. They took an hour and a half before I had to leave. I asked for some form of compensation because i did not spend $50 for them to crack the next day. When I talked to the owner he was rude and walked away from me. Not only him but three other team members had begun to yell at me to the point where one women got in my face nearly putting her hands on me. I have never received such terrible service. I was told to shut up and leave. They are unprofessional, rude, perform cheap and lousy work, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Don't ever go there! Read Less

I chose this place out of convenience and proximity to her school. I will never ever come back to this place nor recommend it to anyone! PS.. I wasn’t even offered a napkin or wipe to clean my feet which were completely stained with polish. The gentlemen was super concerned with cleaning the floor. Came here because the other nail salon I use to go to jacked my nails up. I walked in for a pedi and fill and within minutes I was getting my pedi. The person that did my toes was not the greatest but let me tell you..Mai is the bomb when it comes to nails! After I changed my mind about getting gel fill and try Nextgen she was very accommodating and did an awesome job. Love my nails!!! She is very fun to talk to too! Worst customer service! I just moved to this area and was looking for a good nail salon. Reviews below were decent so I thought I would give it a try. I come and they put me with owner's mom who doesn't speak English and has no soft skills. I was trying to explain her and the technician next to her that I have ingrown nails and I don't want them to cut on the side and just pull dead skin. She was not understanding me. Then finally when I said she is hurting me she got upset and told me to leave and look for another place and took it very personally. When I try to talk to owner and explain what happened they just ignored me and didn't say a word. The front desk person also stayed quiet. It is a family business and clearly they don't need new customers. I do not need their business either and happy to spend my money in a professional salon. Maybe some of the technicians are good but the fact that owners simply ignore customers already shows me that this business will eventually go down. Read Less

My nails came out slanted, extremely dirty with nail polish all over my fingers, the guy was rude and seemed bothered by my being there, and he filed my nails down WAY too much when I told him I wanted to keep them longer.
