Scheduled a birthday pedi for my best friend same day. They were so accommodating. Both of our pedicures were fantastic and well priced. The service was the best by far. Kim did my pedicure and she COMPLETELY transformed my cracked heels. I requested NOT using the cheese grater, my heels were too cracked, so she worked diligently to use oils, scrubs and loofa to smooth and repair my feet. I am beyond impressed. This is the second time I have come in and asked for my cuticles to be done, because no one wants a full set and wrecked cuticles, and they still didn’t do them. It was very obvious that the second tech did NOT know how to do dip nails as she screwed it up multiple times and had to file off the final layer because she used the wrong step and was very ruff on my skin causing damage to the nail bed. She didn’t even push back my cuticles so now I will have to pay even more money sooner when these grow out. She ended up having to use gel and UV because she did not use the correct step. I know for a fact their are 5 steps in the Kiara Sky and she only used 2 on my nails. No one seems to know the prices for anything and it doesn’t match up to their website at all. I kept having to ask and was told they would have to check with the owner. I have no problem paying extra for cuticles but if I ask for it please do it especially when I made appointments both times and was specific in what I asked for. The second visit was supposed to be a fill which I said on the phone and when I arrived was told you cannot do a fill on dip nails well that’s not what ur website says or the other nail salons I have called. I am very disappointed in the service and quality. I think if your going to charge like a high quality SPA then you should treat your customers as such. Offer a beverage and be knowledgeable and consistent. Also communicating is always good for a business. I asked the husband about the “spa packages” and he said he had to ask his wife then never got back to me. Honestly, you weren’t that busy either time I went in but you can’t tell a paying customer about prices? I am not coming back in to over pay for poor quality and poor service. Everything is so clean! Liners for the foot baths and the floors are constantly swept. Every time I've been, the wait wasn't bad at all. Incredible options for the pedicure packages with fresh herbs and oils. I had a facial reflexology massage for the first time yesterday and it was perfect for sinus pressure and tension headaches. So for some time​ now I've been seeking out a new salon and ran across this salon. One thing I've noticed with many salons​​ is, in my opinion, ​they aren't cleaning and sterilizing the way things should be done. The one thing that caught my attention was the plastic liners for the pedi chairs. Funny because I was just in the process of purchasing​ some to take with me to another salon​ for my pedis. Upon entrance of the facility you encounter BeBe, she was at the check-in​ counter. As soon as I walked in she greeted me. Check number 1, then she asked how she could help me, check number 2. I asked her if they did SNS and she responded yes, and then provided me with all the SNS colors they had. While scrolling​through​h the colors she presented me with an iPad​ to fill in my basic info, I was a little confused until checking my email after I left. Once you go in and sign up with the iPad​, you're then provided with log-in info to set up appointments online. WHAT??? Check #3-love it since we are now in such a technological age. I prefer to do most things online. Also while signing up you are able to pick your services so they know exactly what you want. No mix-up. Check#4.The decor of the facility is nice and inviting. The one thing that had thrown me off was all the different jars behind the counter with herbs but later found out these are choices for different types of Pedi's-SAY WHAT?? Check#5. After getting all the formalities out of the way I was taken to the pedi chair where my pedicurist​ was waiting for me. I chose a regular pedi with peppermint crystals-OMG the smell was amazing. Now my first small issue was for me the water was super HOT, I mean HOT to the point of me not being able to put my feet in. She ended​ up having to scoop some of the water out so she could add cold water, finally, ​the water temperature​ was perfect...​AHHHHH in heaven. So as she started the process​ she asked me did I have on Gel polish, yes, I nodded. Now here is the strange part for me and maybe there's​ a reason its done this way but I've never experienced​ this. Normally when there's gel on the toes the pedicurist will have a drill to remove the polish-nope not here-she took some cotton and aluminum​ foil, wrapped it around my toes to assist in the process. So now that my toes have to soak, she then moved me from the pedi chair to do my nails. Oh, and let's not forget the fresh lemon that's rubbed on the nail bed-WHAT?? Now that was something new to me. Great place, wonderful atmosphere and very friendly salon! I came in with out an appointment and was seen in a timely manner. Everything is very CLEAN & STERILE. I absolutely love this nail salon! The owner Be and her husband are the sweetest people. Her staff is super friendly too ! I get my false  lashes done here and they last almost 2 months. Her prices are affordable and I  always get my gel nails and pedicures there. She also provides facials, and permanent makeup.The salon is super clean and she has adorable decor for the holidays! Plenty of choices on the type Pedicure spa, polish color or type. I've gotten both the Coffee and the Citrus spa, and they were great with the treatment, hot stone oil massage and parifin wax that made my rough feet soft again. Next time I will try the Longmi eyelash extensions, Be does a georgous job. Working on my nerves to get the micro blading the offer. My friend got one of the facials and her skin has really cleared up. Loved the watermelon mint spa. The Herbal Spa was great! Read Less

My bestie and I stopped in to have mani pedis done today on a whim....I must say the top notch menu of services rivals that of the specialty menu of the spa in Ponta Vedra. Looking forward to facials and waxing next visit. My feet feel so smooth, and the attention to detail was amazing. We definitely waited for a while for our turn, however when it was our turn it was not a rush job. They really took their time and did a stellar job. The new owners are very kind and made us feel welcome. Most of the conversations were in English so we did not feel like we were being talked about or mocked like in other spas. Terrible! I made an appointment to have a pedicure and a fill in. Two hours later my pedicure is finished and there's no one to do my fill. Instead of waiting, I reschedule for the following day at 4:30. I was scheduled with someone who wasn't even working that day!! Then they tell me it'll be quite a long wait before my fill in can be done. I won't ever be coming back. Awful customer service. Read Less
