I don't usually go online and give reviews for positive service, but this was the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Gina did such an amazing job on my nails that I can't stop looking at them .She was so friendly, and not once did I feel uncomfortable in there (we all know how nail salons can be). The facility was clean, and I love the fact that they had something entertaining on the television. You can never complain about getting your nails done while enjoying a television show. First time visit. My mom, my daughter, and I went to get mani/pedi service and mom got her brows done. We were extremely satisfied and considering my mom is a cosmetologist herself being satisfied says a lot when your in the same field. We will definitely be back soon. Read Less

I like the atmosphere and they will give you their undivided attention when you are in their chair. I love it only downfall dont get ur eyebrow done not the greatness n maybe seem rude bc little English. Sunday is best to go without the crowd if you looking for fullset go early in the week when open. Read Less

Maybe because I came in late I was rushed out...the place is really clean...I hate men doing my nails , I hate the dremel it does a crappy job ...I had to make them file my nails again because they were so crooked , didn't get my cuticals pushed back, and no message on my hand and arms...my nails are all crooked ..the best one there is the older lady she did a great job on my toes after she redid the incomplete job of the man there...then I asked to have my eyebrows done...the most horrible job I've ever had done ..not only totally crooked ..one side is longer than the other and 1 side is thicker than the other...I've never in 30 yrs had a bad eyebrow job...I want my money back from the eyebrow job...will never go back ...they just rushed me out...and I couldn't wait to leave..I am now going to file my nails again even after I told him he didn't file them right...oh and he half ads cleaned my toes ...I had to ask him to redo my toes left gunk in them....first time and last time ...I hate men doing mani and pedi they do a half ass job every time... I've been very hesitant to try any of the salons here in Middleburg, proper. Tonight I just didn't want to drive very far. The staff is very nice. However, there is poor ventilation in their salon. And while the tech did try to clean up the polish, I still ended up with red nail polish on my skin. I'll go back to driving to the other side of town where I know what I'm getting. Read Less

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. only 2 people work here so it is an Absolute waste of time to wait for service. The lady talked on the phone the whole time she gave me pedicure and scrubbed my feet raw it was horrid. They are rude and I will never recommend this place to anyone, I don't even know how they're still in business. Read Less

Don't  even  think  of  getting  a pedi there . I walked  out  with  a  bleeding  big toe and my big toes cut into the  corners  (a big no-no)I  hope  I  don't  get  an ingrown  toenail. A zero  star rating. Read Less

The BEST pedicure I've gotten in a long time!! Its very clean and isn't saturated with the smell of acetone. They currently have a 10% off any service.  I will continue to drive from GCS to have my nails/toes done here! A++!! Read Less
