Went in and had my hair done by the fabulous Scarlett! New color, highlights and low lights! I had done a very mediocre dark dye job at home and somewhat wrecked my ends, not to mention I was left with a color that wasn't quite me. They also have a bunch of beautiful jewelry, candles and product for you to just Peruse while u wait for your cut or your nail appt.Vivian the owner sets the tone with her great vibe you feel like you are at her home as a special guest. The same for all the staff even those who are not directly taking care of you. They work as an amazing team and are dedicated to your leaving there happy and gorgeous.Martha is amazing as a nail technician she's adorable and sweet and she just knows how to absolutely make your hands renew revive rejuvenate. And she greets you so sweetly. Just love her. And she and her gorgeous daughter who works reception are delightful - and have gorgeous hair.Kenny is simply a whiz at all things hair and apart from that a delicious person. We get nothing but the Royal Treatment here at Vivid. Kenny is a genius with my hair and I blindly trust him. Josefina has shaped and colored my brows to perfection. And last but not least, both Martha and Claudia do magic for my hands and feet. Laimi keeps everything running smoothly and keeps those Mimosas coming or a cafe con leche. LOL! Stay away from this place! If I could give a 0 star I would!!! I flew in from Philly and was in need of a simple blowout. As he started sectioning my hair I could tell it was going to end bad especially because I am a hairstylist myself. As he continues to go over each section about 4 times EVERY hairstylist knows you must go over it an additional 5-6x to ensure it is in fact dry! He was putting wet hair on top of dry hair which again is a NO NO! To make a long story short, I walked out there looking worse than I came in.A bunch of amateurs!
