I had an allergic reaction to the lash conditioner, and my lashes fell out after four days. I took the utmost care of them, I washed my face with oil-free products as instructed. my lash technician promised a refund after all. When I went to the salon, after VARIOUS ignored calls by the salon, the owner was EXTREMELY rude and said it didn’t matter what the employee said, that the employee didn’t make decisions. I asked if they could do anything for someone who had an allergi...c reaction and her exact words were “it’s like when you go and get a haircut, and ask for a refund. It doesn’t make sense”. Today I cheated on my usual nail salon since they did not have any appointments available. I called yesterday and this salon was able to accommodate me. I had a full set done by Maria. She is somewhat new but she's been doing nails for 20+ years and it shows. She's pleasant, patient, caring, and so sweet! I usually don't talk people but she made me feel so comfortable that I couldn't stop talking to her! Shes amazing! I've never had acrylics done that right after feel like they are my nails. They look and feel natural. I'm so happy with them and im definitely coming back to her to be her client. I've been doing gel polish at another salon and it just hasn't been working out for me. Certain workers at the salon get extremely mad and give you attitude when you come late. I was late one time and they gave me really bad looks. One of the workers not going to mention names gets super bitchy if you brake a nail ; when that's their job and what you pay them to do is fix And do your nails. Just doesnt make sense to me. They've messed up my appt times 3 x I go in at a certain time because that's the time the reminder they send out says and once I get there they tell me it's an hour and a half later then they originally told me. Right when I walked in the the lady that was attending me was already rushing me to pick a color. As she was doing my nails, she literally messed up 3 times because her fat ring kept bumping into my nails. When I asked her to make a correction or a request she will just look at me with stank faces and completely ignore me. My nails look like a 7 year old did it. Very chic nail salon in an easy to find location. My regular Mani-Pedi was $25 (excluding tip). I called and was able to get a same day appointment on very short notice without any hassle. When I arrived I was seen by the nail tech in less than 5 minutes, and I arrived 10 min earlier than my scheduled appointment. Called for a 911 mani pedi and they Called me back within 15 mins for an appt, someone thankfully cancelled there appt! So I luckily was able to go in for service! I was frantically looking for a new nail lady due to the fact that mine is pregnant and about to give birth I knew things would get complicated. I've been with her for almost 4 years so breaking that streak for someone else worried me. I heard about Charlea in Say it with color. They told me that she was amazing and she was an artist in her field of work so I gave it a shot. What an amazing surprise to find out that she was simply perfect at her job. This place is the bomb! I love Charlea, she is nice friendly and my go to nail artist ! I found this place on yelp and I couldn't wait to try it out.Charlea does an overlay on my nails and they've never looked this long before! I've featured my pictures and I will continue to do so because I absolutely love her work. No matter what I decide to make up in my head she's been able to create it on my nails. Word of advice, BOOK, CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE an appointment ahead of time ( it helps everyone)I would also like to add that I am so amazed that they use the spa chairs they do. The pedicure tubs have these disposable liners that get thrown away after every client. I believe sanitation should be a number one concern and I haven't seen that many salons that use the one-use disposable liners like they do.  It's honestly the best method to insure you get a clean pedicure tub every time. ( This is why I would probably only do my pedicures here from now on)This place is somewhat of a drive for me but it's totally worth it. Quality and customer service from Charlea gets an A + from me. I had been on a hunt for a good nail salon for sometime and this place was recommended so I decided to give it a try.  You have to make an appointment and unless there is a opening, you might have to wait a few days (worth it). The nail salon is nicely decorated and visually appealing and most importantly clean.  It didn't notice any strong chemical smells that you usually find in nail salons.  They have a large color selection and focus on one customer at a time which is a must for me.I got a full set (by Charlea including nail art) and pedicure (by Maylin).  My nails came out very natural. No bulkiness, uneven color or missing color near the edge of my nails.  Charlea was very friendly and easy to talk to. My pedicure came out good also. Maylin was very gentle and I did not feel any pain or discomfort.  My daughter got a manicure and pedicure (by Maylin and nail art by Stephanie).  She showed them a picture of the nail art she wanted and got it.  It's a little pricy compared to others but you get what you pay for.  Our nails came out great...exactly what we requested.  Although it's a bit far for me, we will definitely be coming back.
