They reuse files and buffers without sanitation. They still just jets for their pedicure bowls harbors bacteria and so on. They don't even soak their tools like nippers and clippers in barbecide between clients. They just soap and water and auto clave. Nail techs here are forced to rush like demons just to make a living. It's a basic nail shop. It's cheap and you can see why.

Came in a second time and both times have been wonderful. They take walk-ins and have a lot of nail techs available. Karla is amazing! She pays so much attention to details and makes your manicure perfect! I'm a perfectionist and a real stickler about my nails and I didn't have to say a thing. This might have been the best manicure I've received in Miami so far. As I was paying, the man at the front desk asked me how the service was, which shows that they truly care about good service and feedback from their customers.

I’m here on vacation I live in California and I search for a nail spot near me and this was one of the best ones that I found based on the review I decide to give a chance and I’m glad that I did ... completely satisfied 💯 I got a pedicure and a full set Fany was the person who did a great job 👌🏼... everybody there is super friendly I was with my baby seven month old since I didn’t have nobody to leave it with and they helped me to distract my baby so that I could get done my Pedicure and my nails...in addition to Fany super attention with an excellent job. the best pedicure I have had in a long time ✨ and my nails look amazing 💅🏼🤗 a little expensive but definitely worth it. I'll keep coming back every time I'm in Miami on vacation.

A lot of seating, so I didn't have to wait even with a party of 3. Served us wine upon seating. Got a pedicure which was well done. The paint lasted a long time. Overall, good experience.

I flew into Miami on a Thursday for a Friday cruise to the Bahamas. After eating dinner, it was hard to find a Nail shop open late with availability. Fortunately, Neo nails was open and I was able to set up an appointment.
This shop is run like a dream. The service was outstanding, the shop is clean and the prices are very reasonable.

I really like this salon. It's very clean and they have a great color selection with some high end polishes. Their nail techs are very efficient and also very nice. I had their pedi done and it looked great. I headed back home, but the polish got wrinkled a bit. I gave them a call and they told me to come back in and they fixed it for me and were really nice about it! I think this is going to be my go-to place from now on!

This was my first trip to the salon! A friend of mine recommended it & it's close to home. I LOVED IT! It was so peaceful it really allowed me to relax & disconnect. I loved that all of their items were non-toxic. They pay close attention to details and take the time to make sure you leave with a PERFECT mani and pedi. I can't wait to go back!

This is the only place I've tried that does such a great job on manicures, that after over a week, my nails still look like they were done yesterday. The nail artist did a thorough and clean job. The owner is very friendly and greeted me warmly when I walked in. Good price too. Definitely recommend!

Searching for a new nail tech googled this one and felt oh nice it’s close; I could have cried when I saw the nightmare state my nails are in like who does this, my nails are not even, not symmetrical or even anywhere close to looking like mines, so for $5 to remove the gel polish and $24 to refill and tip this is by far my worst experience. I was so upset I couldn’t speak I just walked out.

I really like this salon. It's very clean and they have a great color selection with some high end polishes. Their nail techs are very efficient and also very nice. I had their pedi done and it looked great. I headed back home, but the polish got wrinkled a bit. I gave them a call and they told me to come back in and they fixed it for me and were really nice about it! I think this is going to be my go-to place from now on!
