walked in the salon was no receptionist and one staff in the back asking what kind of service I wanted instead of walking to the desk and greeting me properly however I called her over and ask her to repeat cause I could not hear her from where she was I guess I sense. A little agrivation in her voice still overlook trying to give the benefit of the doubt however I ask questions referring to services that they offer and again no explination on how things work so they handed me a brochure where it states we would like to make your first experience a remarkable one however another lady walked up that’s the one handed me the brochure and told me everything is on the menu so as I start to ask more questions about the difference in all what they do this Lady as well start to get agitated and have a rude manner so now I’m like how is this a remarkable experience then when I asked her does she do the services as well she inform that she is the owner so I am looking at this situation and wondering where is the professionalism because I feel as she should of greeted me and started from there with a better attitude I feel no matter who comes into your place of business as long as it is not life threatening you give everyone the respect they deserve and always keep composure that is professional it does not matter of the work you can do if bad service is what you give out don’t expect nothing in return Read Less
