I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. This place was really close to me. Online they advertise  that they take walk ins So I call the place and made sure that was the case. The women I spoke with said yes that walk in are always welcomed and that I could come in whenever I like and remind me of their hours. Shortly after I arrive to the Salon on the window in big white letters it say WALK INS WELCOME. I go inside the place looks great may and clean nice vibe. The young lady looks at me doesn't ask me anything . I ask if they do Gel manicures she says yes but that she can do me today . That she sorry but next time to call ahead. I am not someone to make a big fuse so I thank her and walk out . Card went straight into the trash . I wish she would have informed  it was going to be a long wait or attempted to schedule an appointment for another day but she just made it seem like it was my fault for walking in without an appointment. Now talk about a find!!!! I was in Miami traveling for work and just searched a local nail spot for a mani/pedi and OMG talk abt service! Jenny took care of my cuticles & feet like none other! With hands that felt as soft as a baby's bottom she was very gentle but had great attention to detail.  A true professional! The place held an authentic close and personal vibe.  It was like we were all friends from the instant I walked through the door! I know I just happened to stumble onto this place but I'm marking it down in my book for the next time I'm in town! Being a native New Yorker I've had my fair share of mani/pedis in my lifetime, not to mention I can do my own nails if need be, so you have to impress me to get me to write a ranting review like this one!  Acetona was one of the best mani/pedi services I have received in a long time and the products they use (berry scented foot scrub) had true lasting moisturizing effects! My hands & feet never looked better and I don't even mean just the polish but the attention that was given to my cuticles & dead skin on my footsies will last for sure even after I change the polish next week.  Oh why couldn't they be located in NYC? I had the best experience! The nail salon that I had been going to for 15 years, was sold and I was uneasy about trying a new salon. It's all about first impressions and sadly the receptionist was not welcoming at all. This place could've been great but I did not give it a chance because I felt unwanted. Great places aren't great because of their location or prices but of the people they have working with them. Read Less

I called here when another nail place canceled the appointment I made a week prior, 20 minutes before I was scheduled to get my nails done. Acetona Nail Bar accommodated me immediately. Staff was nice, professional and fast. My nails came out great! I only did a mani this time but I'm sure I'll be back for more. Read Less

AMAZING! best nail shop in Miami and decent priced. Very Clean great manicurist and they also offer hair services and eyelash extensions. Appointment is needed as they take their time and don't run it like a traditional in and out place. Quality work. Read Less

They have a sign that says 'Walk Ins Welcome', which is not true. They turned me down and didn't offer to make me an appointment. The lady was rude. I said I would go somewhere else and she didn't seem to care. Worst costumer service. Plus the parking is difficult and the area isn't safe. Not recommended! I would leave no stars if I could. Located in little Havana this place brings big thing for a small shop. Very professional and clean, a great atmosphere for laughs and get your hands and feet done at the same time. They offer lots of professional serves and specials through out the week. I left underwhelmed. While the prices are okay, the quality of service was just subpar. Although she was sweet, one of the nail techs was having a personal conversation on her phone for like an hour when I first got there; cursing, shouting & cackling  right next to the only other two people in the establishment. Unprofessional. Most importantly, my nails came out lousy. I asked if they offered chrome colors, specifically the purplish/green/pewter color. She said yes, but after prepping my nails & going through the whole process, she comes out with the red/gold powder, the silver powder and blue powder. I settled for gold, it she could have just told me they didn't have the purple/green so I could have done a regular polish. Now that it's done I see bubbles surfacing on the polish.  Not enough chrome powder was added so you can still see the gray base coat she used.  Edges are raggedy & look like they're chipping altho it's been less than 30 mins since I left the salon.  I don't know why they're not perfect, I sat there for two hours. I wouldn't give any stars to this business. In the real world people are busy like me and i have called this place in 2 occasions giving the benefit of the doubt in my second attempt and I really don't know how these people still have this business. If you are a walk in they will tell you a straight up "NO I'M BUSY TODAY" they won't satisfy the customer and say, we are busy right now, you can have a seat and once we have a chance we'll see you. NO this business will not do that. So I would never recommend this place to anybody! They need some serious customer service ethics. Read Less

Amazing service and quality for the money.... Super trendy cute place. I came early they offered me coffee or a paraffin hand mask as I waited. Nanette did my Mani and Pedi for 35$ which was worth every dollar she took her time and did awesome job. Huge selection of Essie nail polish, Gel, and long wear polish. Acetona is THE place to get your nails done. LOVE the service, assortment of colors and especially how the owner caters to every client! The prices are very reasonable- $30 mani/pedi  I use to go to different nail salons because I couldn't find a good place but I've definitely found my place now.
