I’ve been getting my nails done there only 3 times. The past 2 times haven’t been good. The acrylics came out uneven the first time, and the second time took 2 hours. The process of getting them is rough and painful, which was never the case at other nail salons. The pedicures are ridiculous. The first time I got a pedicure, I had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to finish another customer. Then, the second time I got a pedicure, the girl doing it was so rough, digging into my toes and all she said was “sorry.” Well, now I have a infection from how rough she was with my feet. The only good thing about this salon is how nice it looks. Update: Thanks! i just went to the hospital after days of pain, to be told to take antibiotics and have the pus drained. Just moved to Miami Lakes from Pinecrest recently and I have been looking for a quality nail place for quite some time. I'm so happy I found this spot because I plan on sticking to it. Jeysert did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. The service was great as soon as I walked in the door. They took me in right away, I chose my color and we were ready to go. They even served me coffee which was much needed for me at the time lol! Price for gel mani and regular pedi is pretty standard, however it is important to note that they charge $3 for prior gel removal and tip is only cash! Not a big deal, just come prepared for that. Today was my first time at the Nail Garden, and honestly, probably one of the best nail experiences I've ever had. I'm REALLY picky when it comes to clean manicures and pedicures however, this time I couldn't be that picky. I just took off my acrylic nails, which I've had for almost a year and my nails were paper thin and so brittle. It was terrible. I really just wanted someone to be extremely careful not to buff away more layers of my natural nails than I could afford.Eliany was my nail tech and she was incredible. She took her time, was really careful not to damage them even more and her attention to detail when applying the nail polish was something I haven't seen in a long time.She was very sweet as well and the place was clean/quiet...not one of those rowdy salons where everyone is yelling across the place in Spanglish. The prices are extremely high and not worth the price at all. Sure, the decor is cute and trendy but it is not worth the hassle. My mother and I had matching appointments at the same time for Mother's Day and she was taken in before I was and I had to wait 1 hour after my appointment. Horrible experience, receptionist saw me sitting on the couch upset and she just kept looking away and would not make eye contact. I've been back a couple times since and still service is bad. Love! Love! Love! I logged on today on their book system and luckily found a 4:00 pm slot to get a gel manicure and pedicure and when I walked in I was so stunned at how beautiful it was. I was greeted and told to pick a color and they have such a beautiful range. They have OPI, Essie, KL Polish, and so many more! And not to mention it smells amazing inside. Today was my first time visiting the Nail Garden. I've been searching for a good nail salon for a while now that was close enough to my job and children's daycare to make it convenient for me to get my manicure /pedicure done more often.Pros: 1) very clean salon, beautifully decorated2) good selection of nail polishes3) my finger and toe nails were beautifully painted with a french manicure- even prettier than the french I had on my wedding day!4) when i mentioned to my manicurist that i hoped they would last because i had not had much luck with previous salons ( my nails would start chipping after a day or two) she told me that if i did not get a week out of my mani and 15 days out of my pedi i could call the salon and tell them her work was crap! ( I appreciated that confidence- I hope she's right!Ok now for the Cons: 1) after paying $55 for a french mani /pedi regular ( not gel) plus tip, i walked out of that salon with the same calloused feet i walked in with. I even still had the dead skin under my big toe left over from a blister. Why? I apparently made the mistake of not telling them i wanted a french when i made the appt. ( and i had to hear the manicurist and receptionist argue about that repeatedly). Despite telling the manicurist about my callouses, the bottom of my feet got a few seconds of scrubbing at most because the next appt came in ( a regular customer) and she had barely started on my feet. My pedicure proceeded at warp speed from that point on. 2) i found myself constantly apologizing throughout the appt. After being told 3 times how bad my cuticles were, i had to tell her i'm a busy tired mom of a 1 year old and 3year old who is also helping to care for my elderly grandmother who is recovering from a stroke and my mom who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer- as much as i would like to get my hands and feet done more often it isnt always possible.. Then i apologized because her next client came in and she wasnt done with me. That client ended up rescheduling so i apologized to her too. When i asked her to pass the cuticle stick one more time around my toe nail, she told me she already did that. Ok i'm sorry for asking. At one point i just decided to shut my mouth and not talk anymore. She even told me ( not asked me) to pose my hands several times so she could take pictures of my hands. I also didn't say a word when she would check her cell often. I left the appt with mixed feelings- this was supposed to be a luxury treat for me and it definitely fell short for me. I did make another appt with someone else before i left but i'm debating canceling it and trying out another salon- lets see if this mani/pedi lasts... Read Less

I like trying out different places for a mani pedi but I think my days of nail salon hopping are over. The Nail Garden is perfection. The decour is beautiful and they have a wide variety of nail colors, scrubs, and oils for your mani pedi. They also occasionally offer a glass of wine. I went last week for my second mani pedi at the location and this time brought my boyfriend along for his first Gentleman's Mani Pedi. He loved it too! We then went on vacation and a few of my toe nails chipped. When I got back this week, I called and she said I could pop in and they fixed it right up and said it was COMPLIMENTARY! What?! I've never seen such sweet customer service at a nail salon. They also have tea, coffee, and little pastries by their waiting area. I LOVE this place. Olga the owner is the biggest sweet heart and is always making sure you are happy. My nail tech is Yuni who is super sweet, and effortless detailed with my nails. She's the best! I tell all of family, friends, and clients to come here because it never disappoints. The salon itself has to be the CLEANEST I've ever been to. I can't imagine someone having a bad experience here. The decor is clean, calming, and really contributes to the over 'pamper me' atmosphere. Although I couldn't speak Spanish, and Violeta couldn't speak English - she gave me the BEST pedicure I have ever had. She was sweet, gentle, and knew how to do her job. Disclaimer: I don't even live in Miami anymore, but my basic sister told me that this is the nail spot to go to when I come down to visit, so I will happily accept the Duchess title until a real regular has more check ins than I do.I wish Jacksonville had more nail places like this up there. What I love about the Nail Garden is how clean, open, and nicely kept the area is. The staff is excellent, artists at their craft. They have so many colors and services. The staff is very friendly, you can tell the clientele are weekly regular by the rapper they have with the amazing technicians. Definitely recommend to know some Spanish, it'll definitely help communicating to know some words. But if you don't (like me, my Spanish is not so great, I still have a fun time and laugh with my technician to figure out what we're saying to each other)! If I could give no stars, that would be the case. I never even had a chance to experience getting my nails done because the girl who coordinates appointments is so damn incompetent. I called to book an appointment for first thing Friday morning, for a manicure. Before even checking the schedule, the girl was already saying "um uh no, I don't think I have anything"...seriously just check your books and then give an answer. She eventually said that she did have an opening for 9:30am and I was ready to take it... unfortunately the service that she provided me in continuing to take my information was so terrible that I just had to tell her to forget the whole thing and cancel. Just moved to the area a little over a year ago. No lie I went to like 3 different salons before finding the one and only Nail Garden. What a breath of fresh air! What a gorgeous place! Besides providing exceptional service the decor is modern & refreshing. Real nice change from everything else. I love going to the Nail Garden and I am extremely happy with my manicurist Eliany. She's nice, precise, & swift all at once! They offer different types of pedicures with delicious organic scrubs. I simply can't get enough of this place. Tried the salon out after going to get my eyebrows done with Mely (she is amazing, btw). I had a great experience there. I got a gel mani and deluxe pedicure with a Violeta. She is great and is so, so sweet. My mani and pedi lasted two full weeks which is amazing to me because I make cakes for a living and am Constantly washing my hands. My second time was with Lisandra which is just is good and then the third time I was booked with Liza. She is FANTASTIC! I got hooked and have been coming back for her ever since. I've had my last straw with this place because I started coming in March of this year because a friend recommended me to go here and it was going good so far but then I started noticing that they start changing my appointments time to earlier or later and the reason I chose a specific time and I chose it in advance it's because of my work schedule but they didn't care and they would squeeze people or their friends in knowing that I have made my reservation with this place for this time for A reason and they did not value it and today they move my appointment 15 minutes later and I said OK that's fine because I am coming from work and when I get there at 2:15 PM they told me they were running a little late and I'm guessing a little late means 15 minutes 20 minutes the most but instead I was waiting a whole hour just to be attended for pedicure. And I told the lady something because no one checked on me to see if I needed something like a cup of water or coffee or something and apologize several times nothing. And when I told the lady in the front that I'm going to leave because I've been waiting here she said OK I'll sit you down right now please don't leave I'll go ahead and run the water for you while you're waiting for her if she is almost done I promise and I'm like OK if I sit down that's fine but I have somewhere to go and she sat me down and took off my nail polish and put me in water and next thing you know I'm waiting 15 more minutes to be seen and she wasn't even done while my nail lady was over there laughing and talking and taking her sweet time and I decided to just get up dry my feet and I told the lady in the front you know what I am just going to leave because this is stupid that I am waiting here for over an hour for someone just to do my feet while she's over there talking and I know what it is to be a customer service because I've been in for a while and I work at a doctors office and I know what it is sweet but I lease I offered the patients water and I apologize I had conversations with them I try to rush things but no one even thought about my time so I am going to leave and I'm going to look for another place because the nail place that I used to go before never made me wait this long only 5-10 minutes and that's it. The customer service here is not great and they don't even ask how you are doing or if you need a couple water or attend you very well. Blown away! Beautifully decorated! Very elegant and classy. I feel like a fany rich woman with a fur coat and a tiny dog walking by the Eiffel tower there Lol Its Like if Pintrest was a nail salon lol It was a surprise birthday gift from my Sis and it was my first time there getting a Mani/pedi in my entire life.... And It felt so good! My nails are on fleek! Lol I never understood why women got their nails done every 2 weeks! But with experiencing my first nail job, I can definitely see why!
