I really recommend this place! I had previously gone to an expensive place on south beach and was not happy at all, so i was looking for another place right away and found this one. I went to the Venetian nail spa twice. Once for a gel mani and the another time for a gel pedi and was happy on both ocasions. And the pedicure chairs have those massage rolls built in. The gel on my hands lasted a month and it was perfect, gel on my toes is still nice and its been more than a month. Will be back next time i'm in Miami. Thank you! Read Less

I went in just for a regular manicure and pedicure. Lillian Cho was not only incredibly attentive and kind as I walked in she took her time and made me feel at home. The same day I scheduled a facial with her as well as she told me all about her services. I must say I haven't gotten a facial treatment done so well in a very long time. Been coming here since 2013, let me just say I'm very disappointed with how service has changed over the years. They started out great even the quality of it and now every time you ask for a service it's as if they just want to rush through it which ends up in your nails getting all messed up. It's a rip off. I came in for a full set manicure with a pedicure by Cecilia, and had a fantastic experience. She was warm, personable - and we had a lovely chat about career, family, and faith. She even took my silly request to have my nails cut ridiculously short, and filed them down until I was comfortable with the length. In my experience, many nail technicians give me a lot of resistance when I ask them to file my nails down. Cecelia just smiled and said, "whatever makes you most comfortable" - which I appreciated so much. During the 1hr+ time I was there, I felt at home in her care and would absolutely recommend her to any customer. I followed my nail technician Celia to the Venetian Nail Spa. She is excellent and my nails last a long time. I always get a gel manicure. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage chairs are good. The staff has always been friendly to me and accommodating. They offer a variety of spa pedicures which I do take advantage of. Read Less

Just came back from a manicure and I had the worst experience ever. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoying, well not at this place. Let me start off by saying that they did not even file my nails and not just that the owner who painted my nails did a horrible job.
