Do NOT waste your time here! Horrible service and rude employees. I was in town for a few days on my last day a friend and I decided to get our nails done and unfortunately walked into this place... I was charged $130 for nails that lasted FOUR days LOL they literally popped right off! The girl who did my nails CUT THREE of my fingers for filing too hard, she could see it bleeding and not once said sorry... I tried having a conversation with them but they were clearly uninterested as she put her headphones back in. She did not even give me her name or I would mention it but I know Alina was who did my friends nails, my friend had to ask her for a drink because it was not offered. Very stuck up. I do not recommend this spa. I went with my wife. I asked for a fairly simple haircut with photo support and I ended up with a mushroom cut with incredible inequalities on the head. The hairdresser doing her best was not comfortable with scissors. During this time my wife was doing a hair care that ended with a cutting of the ends but without drying her hair. Never seen.!! Finally she does a manicure / pedicure. What a surprise to find my hairdresser putting a nail polish. It's complete rubbish. All this for $ 370 !!!!!!! A shame !! I was there this past weekend... got my nails and toes done... and 3 days later one of my nails break. I've been getting my nails done for years and this is the 1st time I had a nail break within 3 days.... normally I would have to get them taken off but this shop is the worst. Came in to get my nails done for a cruise.  Cyndi did an amazing job with my gel mani and pedi.  She was very thorough, this girl cleaned in between my toes! And she fixed a nail that always bothered me. I've gotten thousands of pedicures, no one is as thorough as she was. And she was very patient with me as I was very picky and indecisive as to what I wanted lol*. ALWAYS do your nails with her! And you get some champagne through it all. My friend and I flew in to Miami with an 11 hour layover-so naturally we wanted to be pampered. We showed up at 9pm and not only were they incredibly friendly and attentive but my glass of champagne was never empty and they fed us pizza. I also left some personal items there, when I contacted them they went out of their way to ship them back to me. It’s too bad I don’t live in Miami because I would love to go back! Very cute salon until you sit there for 2 and a half hours to get a mani/pedi and you notice how dirty everything is.Just visiting in town and needed to get a mani/pedi. Of course I found this place on Yelp and everything looked good. One thing I wish they would have noted was their prices. Huge FYI, ask for a price list. Here is what I paid; $100 for a basic mani/pedi, $15 for an eyebrow wax, and my daughter got a basic haircut and it was $75. They automatically add gratuity of 20% so just be aware.I guess only good point is they give you a glass of champagne, something you will need for how long each service takes. Supposedly you get a mini facial for services over $90 but they didn't even mention that I saw it on an ad after I paid. My nail technician was nice but everyone else seemed out of it. I was on vacation and walked into this sweet, little salon by chance.  Beach and sun great but not so much on my highlighted hair.  I went in to get a trim and liked the work done so much by Laura I ended up getting my highlights toned and conditioned. Ciuyana is hands down thee best stylist I have ever had she was so attentive and shes very knowledgable about hair care. Almost always my blowout only lasts the night and I expresseed this concern with her and she assurred me her product would make my blowout last longer and that it did.  I couldnt have been happier. I hate to do this but I hope that the negative reviews finally lead the owner to accept the truth. The place holds itself out as a nice nail salon but hires people who don't know how to do nails. I went a few weeks ago for a mani pedi. The girl who did my nails had no clue, no skill whatsoever. It was like it was the first time she had ever done this before-- she didn't even know how to use a nail file and she yanked my cuticles. I actually walked out in the middle of the manicure and only paid for the pedicure because it was clearly going to be a disaster. The polish on my toenails chipped in a couple of days because she did such a poor job and it usually lasts weeks on my toes. The toes were full of flaws. When she yanked the cuticles on my hands I asked to stop. I felt so rude because the girl was nice but I explained to the owner that the girl needed more training and didn't know what she was doing. The owner defended her employee and didn't acknowledge the problem, though she was polite and let me walk out paying only for the pedicure. Honestly she should have given me a refund. It was like throwing away time and money -- the pedicure alone was over 50 dollars. I live close by yet will not return and will walk further away to get my nails done. Awful awful experience-- I had to start a new job the following day with my nails looking awful. Also I think they had about 5 colors for gel, which was pathetic, and the colors were not good (one was white, which obviously isn't for everyone). Read Less

First I want to start with the positive. The owner and staff are pleasant and try hard to accommodate customers. The salon itself is cute. The location is great and they are open very late, which is why I ended up there. I was desperate to get my nails done before leaving on vacation. I received the chrome manicure and pedicure. Looking back I should I just gotten a basic gel/no chip manicure. They don't have a lot of color choices and I picked the chrome because it was a fun color. My nails did not turn out good. There was a lot of streaks and other flaws (bubbles) on my nails. The one with the most issues I asked for her to fix, which she tried; however, that nail ended up being lighter than the rest. I believe the owner could tell the nails were not up to par and that I was unsatisfied. Since it was already close to 11pm she offered to have my nails redone the next day. Unfortunately I was on a flight early the next morning. About a week in the nails started to chip. For $145 plus tip for a no chip and pedicure I definitely expected more.I wish them well. Read Less

I feel horrible making this review because I honestly believe the attitude of staff and treatment of clients at this salon was excellent BUT I received the worst nail job I ever had in my life literally my nails looked like a first timer 13 year old did them SMH the worst part for my nails and feet I was charged almost 200 or so there are no price charts so I almost think they just wing it ......
