Unfortunately, giving 0 stars is not an option. I showed up on time for my appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I then waited 45 minutes. The woman who did my pedicure was very rough with my feet and I had to tell her to be gentle. My dog could have applied the nail polish better than she did. I was then brought to a table for my manicure, then swiftly brought to the nail drying area. She did not even turn the dryer on. When I explained why I was frustrated, I was met with combative attitude from another woman. Meanwhile, other patrons were expressing their dissatisfaction. I was then charged $20 instead of $29, as if that's going to make up for wasting my time. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call tomorrow. Lee is the name of the pedicure woman, while I'm unsure of the name of the woman with the fresh mouth that took my payment. I have no idea what on earth was going on in this place or how these people have jobs working with the public. I am someone who works very hard for my money and enjoys getting their nails done as a treat. I don't have money to waste on a terrible pedicure only to waste more money getting it fixed elsewhere. I also don't have time or energy for this nonsense. Instead of a relaxing time, I'm extremely frustrated. I would not recommend wasting your time and money in this place. Such a disorganized staff. Called to make an appointment, showed up 10 minutes before the confirmed time and was told it would be an hour. They clearly over booked so called the other location and promised us that we had an appointment right away. A $10 uber later, the other location could not acccomodate us. So frustrating. I came from Chicago with terrible toe nails. My birthday is tomorrow and I'm going on a cruise, but obviously I did not feel happy going with such ugly toes. My boyfriend and I popped in and was helped by Georgia. She was absolutely wonderful!! Actually saying that she is wonderful was an understatement. She did a beautiful job on my toes and she treated me like a friend. She gave me honest helpful suggestions about my nails and we had lovely conversations. The woman who did my nails was friendly and the overall environment was super clean and looked modern. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure (my first pedicure ever) and the lady did a great job. My feet finally looked human! She shaped and cleaned each nail, pushed back my cuticles and didn't rush too much.My only recommendation would be to stay a while to make sure your toes and nails dry properly, because I was told I was good to go and everything should be dried within 15 minutes before leaving. However, 2 hours later I look at gunky, chipped polish. It might be from too many layers? Idk but i basically paid 50$ + tip for my nails to be chipped :(. Not nice. If there isn't a drying area (I was not lead to one nor shown one) I recommend you sit and wait 20 minutes for your nails to dry. Everything else is great! Read Less

I cant remember the guys name (sorry) but he gave me the best pedi of my life! He was very thorough and had just the right roughness to get the job done. Can't do nails at all. Well the one on 11th street. I paid 54 dollars for a gel fill in and she rushed through my nails leaving bumps. I do not voice my opinion at all on websites about horrible company's but don't even waste your time. The service was the worst, I was in hurry so I asked if they can take me right away if not I can just go to different salon . They tell me I can start now but 20min later I'm getting ready to walk out the door when the nail tec stops me . I decided to stay but  didn't like the service cause she was to harsh on my  nails and aggressively trying to upgrade me  . Just returned from a cruise and needed to shorten my nails. I requested a cut down on my acrylic covered nails,  removal of the existing gel nail polish  and a repaint. The guy was so rude. The paint job was horrendous and he still don't give a care in the world. I asked for a refund back and did receive it. 2-stars is really for the nice woman who helped me take off the polish. Did a quick regular polish change, my previous one had chipped from a different salon. Got me in very quickly and I was able to sit and let them dry. I got my nails done here last weekend before departing for a cruise. Fleur was my technician and she was very personable and nice. She did a decent job. I got a gel mani. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is, my polish is already starting to lift. :( my friends nails still looked great, but they were done by different people. All and all, I would recommend this salon. Prices were reasonable, esp for south beach...the salon was clean and everyone was very nice. Plus I had a $5 off coupon for checking in on yelp! Saw this place after eating at 11th Street diner, brought my mom back the next day  early afternoon yesterday Monday. Was told 20 min wait...It was more like a hour, but we were kept updated and front desk person kept apologizing which was nice. Yari did my mom's mani pedi. She was very skilled and friendly. She kept telling my mom to relax which I find myself always doing. It's a been a few months since I've gone back. I live within 2 blocks and went every week for a few months. I heard bad things, but I am not picky about my nails. I work on my feet 70 hours/wk so it's mostly just the TLC I am there for an always pay for extras and tip aggressively.. I noticed any time I got a good technician, they were never there again. After 3 weeks straight of having gel nails and toes that would never set... After doubling up under fans and UV, I kept thinking I must just be too rough on them... The fourth time I went I asked them to redo while I was there. I was put between 3 different technicians and had asked for reflexology and agreed for her upsales she offered (parafin wax, exfoliation, Ect)It was nice but nothing more than bare minimum and it was not reflexology whatsoever (granted my expectations were low)The paint still didn't set. "You're good, you're good"No.... Look.They were so irritated when I showed them. I was patient like every other time.I am also getting of graveyard shift and very tired when I go in, I stay up longer if I want to go in.I finally just asked them to remove the polish. I left with no polish.They charged me for everything and I told them..."I've come here for 4 months, and not once left with a good polish. I don't think it's fair to pay for all of this when I am not leaving with paint on my nails?""You didn't get paint? I saw her put paint on your nails"I paused and gave him a look.He had helped me before, was a manager, and he also had personally accepted over 40% tips from me(whether or not he remembered, he did remember my face)"Come on... I wanted to get some fun nail colors before boarding a cruise ship in Miami.  Since we had a neon themed party planned, I decided to get a rainbow painted on my nails.  The nail color selection was abysmal, and I probably should have changed my gameplan after struggling to find 5 simple colors of the rainbow, but alas, I did not.   NailRepublic was the closest walkable salon to my hotel in South Beach.  It seemed decent enough and had time for a walkin fill and polish change.  But check out the picture of the finished product.  Nail polish all over my fingers.  No clean up even attempted.  A huge bubble of polish left on one of my fingers.  She even got some yellow polish on my pink nail (how??) that I didn't catch before I left the shop.  Under normal circumstances, I would have made them fix the nails before leaving, but since I had others waiting on me and a full itinerary, I just didn't have the time to deal with it.  I figured I could buy some polish at the drug store later and correct the girls absolute mess.  Just awful.  The nails were lumpy and uneven, which you can't easily see in the picture, but the mess of color speaks volumes.  Looks like I attempted to do the nails myself.  In the dark. Great experience here. Made an appointment for a mani pedi. No waiting around when I got there and I went on a Saturday afternoon so that's pretty good. My manicurist was Solange and she was great. Very friendly and helped me pic a color to match a dress. Clean place and prices are pretty good. I used the check-in on the Yelp app which took $5 off so my Mani pedi was $37. WORST waxing experience EVER!!!! I'm literally about to cry.Today for the first time I was bleeding from my lower lips after getting a Brazilian bikini wax with the employee EMILIA.She obviously doesn't know what she's doing & Im sure she might not even have a license as an Esthetician.She was hyper & very nervous person, & it made me feel so uncomfortable knowing she has no clue how to do waxing. I actually had to tell her how to.I've been getting waxed for 21 years & this never happened / She actually had the guts to blame it on me, cause I helped her hold my skin since she was hurting me by being so ruff.Seriously?? I'm here now with Fleur and I can honestly say this is the best experience I've ever had at any salon. The entire staff is friendly and personable. The music and atmosphere is laid back and entire salon is clean, bright and decorated adorably. FLEUR. The best! It's hard to find someone to do acrylics well on the beach, period. But Fleur took her time to make sure that the length, shape, And polish were perfect! And such a sweetheart! Deluxe pedicure was amazing as well.
