Worst mistake to go to this place, owner was short with me & tried to tell me no one’s eyebrows come out the same, been doing my eyebrows all over the US & that was the worst ever & $20 at that. Went in for quick manicure with bf. Both were $18. We were taken at the same time. Mine was about 10 min, pretty quick but efficient. My bf's was about 4 minutes long. No I am not exaggerating. While I am drying I look at his nails and notice they aren't even filed correctly/jagged edges. I immediately asked the girl who worked the desk if she could get someone to fix his nails. The girl who did my nails ended up fixing them which was really nice of her. I was ready to refuse payment altogether. This is not acceptable. His manicure was completely rushed and he was charged the same as me. Then while I am drying the lady who did my bf's nails rushes me off the dryer. Overall this was a terrible experience. This hidden nail salon will make you feel like a local getting service reserved only for people who know the area well. Thanks to other positive reviews on service and price I decided to walk in and give it a try. I asked for a gel mani and regular pedi to makeover my long ignored limbs stuffed into boots and gloves for months in New York. I was warmly greeted, given an estimated wait, then attended to with amazing detail that allowed for my tough hands and feet to emerge as if they belonged to a model. I've had a lot of mani pedis and this was one of the best. Nice clean comfortable salon away from the street with nice people. What else can you ask for? Don't bother. The owner was rude and started yelling at us because we asked a simple question. She wanted to remind me over and over how she was the owner, to which I kept thinking, "you might not want to tell people you own the place when you have an attitude like that."However, we left. Literally left. Got out of our seats and walked out. I won't be treated the way the "owner" treats her customers, plus the lady doing my friends pedi kept cutting her with the file. I thought the bad reviews were just disgruntled customers being jerks. Nope. The bad reviews appear to all be true, and NOT an exaggeration of facts. The best part, the salon was completely empty in the middle of the day! I mean, do they have ANY customers??? Probably not with the service they provide. I decided to go here because being on the beach the sand chipped my toes and I did not like the way they were looking. Great location ! It was directly across the street from my hotel kind of in a hidden area. I didn't like the pedicure. It was very short for $30. The nail tech was very nice but when I accidentally bumped my toe for drying and she repainted it, she didn't wipe it completely off and redo it she just smeared it with her finger and painted on top of that. Great prices & the staff really know what they're doing & pay lots of attention to detail. They recommended similar colours to the polishes we chose but knew how they behaved/looked once applied. For the price of just a pedicure ($30) she did the BARE minimum. The entire process was probably about 20 minutes!!! How?!??! she just trimmed, did some cleaning up, a quick pumice scrub and was ready to paint. She also, only did TWO coats of paint which typically is enough but to the average eye, the white essie nail polish I wanted clearly needed a third coat... Nice experience, crap resilience on gel manicure. In less than 5 days, had chipping, peeling, damage on short nails under normal life conditions (no rock climbing). I hate to leave bad reviews, but my experience here was as negative as any I've had in a nail salon. Incredibly rude front desk, who wouldn't even acknowledge me by looking me in the face when I came in, and my gel mani-pedi was done in an incredibly rushed and uncomfortable manner. Two nail techs did my hands and feet at the same time, and while the pedicurist did a lovely job, the manicurist rushed through the process and gave me a thick, ugly manicure. I don't mind paying $100+ for a *good* gel mani-pedi, even if the service is poor, but the gel on my fingernails started coming off within three days of my manicure. What a waste of money! Came here on a Thursday after booking an appt. a couple hours ahead, no problem fitting me and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I Loved the nail tech who did my pedicure, she got the square shape just right and her massage was excellent. The owner was very sweet and helpful picking the perfect shade of hot pink! Salon is very clean and girly with shades of neons and tropical tones everywhere, and views of palm leaves outside of the windows. The salon itself is very different from any salon I have seen before - it is very cute, clean and modern. I went there with 4 other girls as we all needed to get our nails done for the wedding. They started with 2 technicians and they were switching back and forth between us, which made it seem so rushed. We also called the salon to ask them if it was ok to come in as a group of 5 and they said yes, so why didn't they bring more people in I am not sure. The owner, however, was very knowledgeable of her nail polish colors and helped us pick the right ones. Both technicians were really rough on the nails, they tried going as quick as possible and my toe was bleeding at the end because they were filing my skin. Not your traditional salon, that's what makes this shop so amazing.  Very modern and chic.  Located in South Beach, you may miss this shop unless you're actually looking for it.  It's on the 2nd Floor above another shop.I will say, at this salon you will get personalized service. The young lady who did my mani pedi really knew her stuff.  Even taking the time to ensure that each of my nails were perfect.  What I loved was that she was so thorough. I didn't feel rushed, like I sometimes feel at other salons.  I also really loved the modern decor. This place is great! Modern style second story hidden gem on Collins Ave. They were busy but fit me in as a walk in. Shanease took excellent care of my feet and hands. They may not have massage chairs but those things have far too much bacteria in and around the jets so save yourself the chance of contracting a fungus and enjoy this place. My friend and I came here based on reviews from Yelp. We were in Miami for the weekend on vacation and decided to get pedicures. Let's just say they were the worst 30 dollar pedicures we've gotten. There aren't massage chairs. They don't massage your calfs. The entire pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes. Just not worth it. My friend needed to remove her Nexgen nails, which are soak off and the lady wanted to charge her an extra $25 dollars bringing her manicure to $65 dollars. It was ridiculous.
