I came to this salon for the first time and this means a am a new client. But what was the terrible attitude towards the client + bad, not high-quality work. From the very beginning I explained to the administrator that I want to hear what the answer is, yes, we'll do it well. Further I explained to the master what I want, what was the answer, yes, clearly, we will create. Initially, I asked how much it would cost-They did not call the price .......... in the end, They did not do what I asked and did and did very badly. In the end, I asked what this horror was, I asked for something completely different? to which I was not politely answered-they are to blame for not saying what and how to do and saying that they are even more doubly paid than they used to say. I'm shocked by this attitude to the client and not a quality, terrible work! not when I was so badly not made my nails! Avoid this salon !!! Mehr anzeigen

This was the worst experience ever!! I came in to do a pedicure and a fill. The person that did my nails, I think her name was king. It was so bad, I had to ask for the tool myself to complete the cuticles. As I begin to clean my cuticles, she moves back as if I had some type of disease. Her response was “You guys always want something free” (Racist) I am a African American women and I have never been so insulted by this women who was more interested in watching the soccer game on TV. I don’t know who hired this women but I predict this place won’t be open long. Customer service is very important especially in the nail shop. Management could’ve been a little more responsive. Overall, I give it a thumbs down

Kumiko is no longer working here 😢 She was the only amazing one. I have had my mani/pedi with others but was rushed, the paint job was sloppy and mani chipped in less than three days.

They got me in right away but it took the woman FOREVER to do a deluxe mani/pedi. She did the worst job painting my nails that I've ever had done. There were bumps all over my nails and paint on my fingers that she didn't bother to clean off. I could've done better with my left hand. I would've had her fix them expect that it took 2 hours and I couldn't sit there any longer.

I have been coming to the salon on Alton & 16th for a year now. The salon is very clean and put together but I just met the new manager, David who is very welcoming and genuinely polite and friendly. He was very willing to take care of my nail repair and left my nails looking even better than before. I can already feel that the staff is happier and the salon is even more welcoming than ever before. I highly recommend this location for a mani pedi and a facial. They have various services such as reflexively and eyelash extensions so it's a one stop shop. I'll definitely return.

Only place I could find on south beach that did acrylic! Other places where gel only. I wish I could remember my lady's name but she was Spanish and sat in the back at the station on the right. Very nice and spoke English. I just needed a nail fixed and a polish change. But she fixed the shape on all my nails too. $20 and I was very pleased with her work! Pays close attention to detail! Defiantly coming back next time I visit Miami

They made me wait for roughly 25 minutes before the nail lady even came over once I explained to her that I do my own nails and I do them just a slight different I offered to show her exactly how I wanted them done and she dismissed me and told me to come back tomorrow. At that point even though I wanted to get my feet done as well I decided that was rude and disrespectful and I then left. Poor attitude, terrible people skills. Too expensive.

For gel nails it didn't even last a week. And the lady that did my nails was rushing. You don't get what you pay for. Avoid this place.

I live in Miami and I knew this place but I didn't go there for a long time. So she told me my treatment cost $65, BUT SHE WILL CHARGE ME $60. So when I saw my check it was $55 +$5 tip. she put it by herself WITHOUT ASKING ME , after she ask me about to tip here more. I came back to talk to the manager but they say manager is not there , I left my cellphone nobody called me back. I will strongly recommend DO NOT GO THERE !!!

I'd avoid this place if at all possible. They are conveniently right on south beach, so if you break a nail on vacation, the shoddy work will hold you over until you get back home. I recently moved to the area and I quickly learned that they don't do great work. I've never had a broken (acrylic) nail, but since I got my fill in at this place, FOUR NAILS have broken! I have had to go back on 2 occasions to have them fixed. On the 3rd time going, I just asked them to make the a...crylic thicker so the nails would not break, but they told me they would have to charge me for a full set. Also, a single nail repair is $10. If you're desperate enough to patronize this place, there is one good nail tech there, Lock, He's off on tuesdays. So far none of the nails he did have broken. There is an excellent shop on Alton Road about .5 miles away ($5 uber) See More

The nail people are friendly, massages non existent, the products are old/ expired/ streaky, and the dryers for gel manicures don't work meaning they scrape your nails with file to try and fix their mistakes. Kevin, the manager is awful and offered me an $8 discount after dealing with 4 bad bottle of "gel" that wiped right off. I now have dif color fingers and toes, got zero massage, and spent 2 hours of my life in a chemical smelling room. Terrible. Spend a touch more $$ and go somewhere else.

I love coming to the nail republic of South Beach! I come every two weeks to get my gel done by Vivian and I get a pedicure. I love that they're open until 2 AM unlike most places on the beach close at 8 PM. It works well for people like me that work late. You can grab your own pedicure set at the front of the store, all of their tools come in a sterilized bag and the pedicure tubs are always clean complete with a liner. Even if you don't have an appointment they can usually accommodate you quickly

Be aware of FRAUD !!! Last Sunday I came to make my treatment which cost $55. The Thai lady asked me question, have I been here before? Do I know price of my treatment? Am I local or tourist? I live in Miami and I knew this place but I didn't go there for a long time. So she told me my treatment cost $65, BUT SHE WILL CHARGE ME $60. So when I saw my check it was $55 +$5 tip. With she put it by herself WITHOUT ASKING ME , after she ask me about to tip here more. I came back to talk to the manager but they say manager is not there , I left my cellphone nobody called me back. I will strongly recommend DO NOT GO THERE !!!

I have to come a couple times but is always a bad experience.If the manicurist feel like dont wanna work they just let you waiting 20, 30 mins they dont care how precious is your time.Also if they ask you if you wanna do only mani, they just dont take care of you cause they wanna do mani and pedi otherwise they just dont care.Horrible horrible! Today my regular place was close so for an emergency have to come here but as usual is a bad experience, 30 mins lost

I'd avoid this place if at all possible. They are conveniently right on south beach, so if you break a nail on vacation, the shoddy work will hold you over until you get back home. I recently moved to the area and I quickly learned that they don't do great work. I've never had a broken (acrylic) nail, but since I got my fill in at this place, FOUR NAILS have broken! I have had to go back on 2 occasions to have them fixed. On the 3rd time going, I just asked them to make the a...crylic thicker so the nails would not break, but they told me they would have to charge me for a full set. Also, a single nail repair is $10. If you're desperate enough to patronize this place, there is one good nail tech there, Lock, He's off on tuesdays. So far none of the nails he did have broken. There is an excellent shop on Alton Road about .5 miles away ($5 uber) See More

Great service. Loved that is open late. Prices are reasonable for the area. Up to date with trends. Knew and did exactly what I wanted. Friendly, attentive, professional. 👍🏽

DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The nail people are friendly, massages non existent, the products are old/ expired/ streaky, and the dryers for gel manicures don't work meaning they scrape your nails with file to try and fix their mistakes. Kevin, the manager is awful and offered me an $8 discount after dealing with 4 bad bottle of "gel" that wiped right off. I now have dif color fingers and toes, got zero massage, and spent 2 hours of my life in a chemical smelling room. Terrible. Spend a touch more $$ and go somewhere else.

I love coming to the nail republic of South Beach! I come every two weeks to get my gel done by Vivian and I get a pedicure. I love that they're open until 2 AM unlike most places on the beach close at 8 PM. It works well for people like me that work late. You can grab your own pedicure set at the front of the store, all of their tools come in a sterilized bag and the pedicure tubs are always clean complete with a liner. Even if you don't have an appointment they can usually accommodate you quickly

Tony and Bryan are amazing for gel powder nails. They last for 3 weeks! But it's pretty pricey. At least you get great service and lasting nails for the price

Very friendly place. My favorite nail technician is Tanya, she is soo. Good at what she does, I usually get pedicure, with her talented hands., when I get out there I am soo like happy feet.
