Rip off. I made an appointment in advance, and I had 2 different techs help me (not by choice) (one for mani one for pedi). At the end of my appointment I was charged extra. When I asked for an explanation she said that she didn’t know why they did that, but didn’t offer to discount back to the price if it was a package. I said I wanted a polish change, and they charged me for a mani. I was charged 130$ and was expecting the bill to be about 80$ Based on pricing online. During the appointment, another Customer came in for her appointment they told her the tech will be another 20 mins (because the tech was doing my nails) and the Customer was like what’s the point of making an appointment and left. I went here because I needed a pedicure quickly while on my way to somewhere else. Totally random and not my usual place, but they did an amazing job, had a great selection of colors, and it was over a month ago and my nails still look good! I would give them ZERO if that were an option. Spent $170 (plus 50 tip) to have our models nails done for a photo shoot. Came back the next day because, right before the shoot our models polish completely chipped off. We rushed to the salon & asked them to fix it asap as it was 5 pm & were quickly losing light for the day. She admitted the job was botched & offered to fix the job at 7 pm despite the fact that they had a dozen unoccupied people sitting around the place doing absolutely nothing. I told her 7 was no good, it was a 10 minute, & to please have someone do it before we lost the day. She told me to go take my pictures & that i could "photoshop the botched toenails out." Used to come here before for my acrylics .. was super average job but because I did not know any other places on the beach I stayed with them for a while .. was just getting worse .. so I took a break from this saloon .. few days ago I came back there again just because it was convenient. I had gel on my feet and acrylics with gel polish on my nails . 2-3 days later my toe chipped ( all of it coated me 145+20$ tip ) . I came back asking to fix 1 toe .. it takes less than 5 minutes . The lady told me I would have to wait another 3 hours .. or come back tomorrow .. without even asking any of the masters to see if they could find 5 min for me . This is a costumer service you get in this place ..so you choose .. I also told them about an event I had to attempt the same night .. it's a reason you pay 60-70$ for pedicure .. you want it to last at least a week Read Less

I had a great pedicure done here. The place is super cute and clean. Everyone the worked there was very friendly and welcoming too! I made an appt early in the day for later that same day and they called me a few hours to confirm I was still able to make it. I really enjoy this place. They have a smaller selection of nail polishes but they are still up to date. The nail ladies do a great job of using properly cleaned nail tools and take caution when they do your mani and pedi. They also treat you to a quick massage of the hands or feet. Overrated. The atmosphere is a little stuffy for me. Be nicer when people enter. It's a nail shop not the Ritz. It doesn't look good for out of town people coming into your shop. I never write reviews but I just got the best gel French manicure of my life and had to share. I've been to EM Nails salon many times - the experience is consistently a great one, but today was the best yet. They always run on time, the atmosphere is clean and friendly, and any technician will do a good job. I had particularly high hopes today because I had a poor (and expensive) manicure at another high-end salon in Brickell last weekend and needed a do-over. For my do-over I knew I could count on EM Nails. Today I was with Flor and she went above and beyond by a mile. Place is really nice. Massaging chairs were awesome. Service is not that good. I was served with an mexican lady who barely spoke english and after the pedicure was done, she just left without a saying a word and left me there with no clue what to do and how long to wait for.. I have been searching around for a place that does the new chrome nail trend. When I called to make my appointment, I asked if they happen to do chrome nails. To my surprise they do! I received a great manicure for nuri, followed by a gorgeous application of the chrome nails. I highly recommend Em nail salon, I'll differently return. Read Less

The atmosphere of salon is extremely friendly and nice. You want to come back just because technicians and even customers are always positive. Also, salon is clean, nicely designed, music is "loungy". Plus is a good option to have a walk-in appointments, you never wait long for someone to take care of your nails. I have never walked out of there u satisfied with the work they have done. Before I had a problem with layering and slow growth, but after I've became a frequent customer at salon, I don't have these issues anymore.And I have to thank Lucy for greatest customer service. Had a great experience today at EM Nail Salon. It's so hard finding a nail salon with consistently good technicians especially when you're in a new state but I am very happy I found this one. It's close to where I'm staying so I was able to walk, even though it did seem like there was a lot of parking around the business. I had called in the morning to see what time I could go in to get an acrylic fill and pedicure and they told me that it was kind of busy so I could probably only get the pedicure. I went in around 4 and they told me that they actually could get my fill and pedicure done today which I was so happy about because that's one less thing I have to do tomorrow.Overall, I am very happy because they did a great job, everyone was very nice & the business has been there for a long time, so I think I've found my new nail spot. This was THE best mani of my life. I highly recommend asking for Kim. She did an impeccable job, knew exactly what I wanted in both color and shape. She also made sure to take extra time and care to ensure everything was *just* right. Very clean and comfortable salon, tons of (current!) magazines to read, and excellent music playing.
