The customer service here is atrocious by the owner, Steve. I ordered a jacket online and mistakingly had it shipped to my old address in another state. While, of course, this is my fault, the woman in charge of online orders offered to have UPS pick it up in Colorado and sent back to them at their cost. In the meantime, she asked to me to go ahead and order another one and have it sent to me. She said I would be charged for both, but will be refunded for the one recalled as soon as they received it from UPS. Unfortunately, the second one sent to my current address in New York was stolen. I've called a couple of times and had been told by the woman that she was dealing with it. My last call, though, was answered by Steve and he said, "Why don't you just have the landlady send you the package from Colorado?" I told him what the woman had offered to do with UPS and he responded with, "Why should we pay for your mistake? You should pay to have the landlady send you the other package." Again, I explained what his business offered to do and that I have now been charged twice for the same jacket and one was stolen. He told me that I had to deal with UPS about the stolen package, that it wasn't his responsibility. Of course, when I called UPS they told me that the sender didn't require a signature (which cost extra for them), and so that's why the deliveryman left the package at my door and it was stolen. UPS said I had to deal with the shipper. I still have no package. I finally had to contact my credit card, put it in dispute to get my money back from the stolen package, and had the other package sent from Colorado, which will cost me more money. The total amount for the jacket, by the way, was $63.66....one jacket (not including the new shipping cost)! This was something that I was splurging on my dog. I really can't afford it and now have to spend even more for one jacket. While I still understand that the initial mistake was mine, the Dog Bar offered to help fix the situation only to make it worse. I will never recommend doing business with them and do not plan to use them in the future. I really do feel that Steve did not care about whether I shopped with him again or not. After he was so rude to me, I asked to speak to his manager. He said, "Why do you want to speak to the manager?" I told him it was to complain about his customer service. That's when he told me he was the owner. I was shocked. He said that he hasn't been in business for 20 years with bad customer service. Even if I was being the most difficult and terrible person (which I wasn't), in customer service, you try to appease them and make them happy. I work in customer service and have had plenty of terrible people. But you just smile and try and fix whatever issues they have. The woman I spoke with (Megan or Michelle?) was trying to do just that. She offered to fix the situation that was my fault. Steve wanted to just point out to fact that it was my fault and say that he shouldn't have to pay for my mistake. You tell me who had better customer service. I know that this was an unusual experience, so maybe you will get your jacket just fine, which are very cute. I think this just shows how Steve feels about his customers. And based on previous reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced his "wonderful and helpful" customer service. At least I will get the initial jacket and my dog will be happy and The Dog Bar will be out one stolen jacket.UPDATE: I finally got the jacket from Colorado via a friend. The jacket is VERY nice! The materials seem top-of-the-line. There is nice plush fleece on the inside and fits my dog pretty well. It's too bad about Steve's customer service because he does have a nice product. Read Less
