It was OK. $15 for plain pedicure and $10 for eyebrow waxing. There was only one other customer when we arrived and she was griping about getting ripped off. (Not a good thing for a new customer to hear!) Anyhoo the water our feet were soaking in was too cold and even though we asked twice to heat it up, it never got hotter than lukewarm. Disappointing. The actual pedicure was ok - wish they would have spent just 2 extra minutes massaging my calves, like a lot of other salons do. Oh well. I guess for $15, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go back, I'm sorry to say.

I came here on vacation and I had a very weird thing on my toe and I ended up losing my nail and Tom the manager was very very nice and he actually put my first acrylic on and it made my toes look bea...
I came here on vacation and I had a very weird thing on my toe and I ended up losing my nail and Tom the manager was very very nice and he actually put my first acrylic on and it made my toes look beautiful I recommend if you're in South Beach or Miami Beach and you need to get your nails done come here I got the lavender many Petty and ohmygod goodness it felt so good the chairs are massaging chairs and I'm just going to say I recommend this to anybody!

Carmen sucks... She rushed through my nails, I had bubbles on them and when I told her she caught an attitude and started speaking to me in Spanglish... when she finished, there was the uv gel polish...
Carmen sucks... She rushed through my nails, I had bubbles on them and when I told her she caught an attitude and started speaking to me in Spanglish... when she finished, there was the uv gel polish on my hand and skin on my finger, so I showed her and she was like "oh, sorry it's $30" like she didn't give two craps that she did a horrible job. I have no idea how this place has such a high rating. It's dirty and the customer service/nail service sucks. #NEVERAGAIN

Great full service nail salon! Extremely hard to find on the beach. Most places are hair salons that have a few mediocre manicurist. This place is awesome !

My daughter and I are here now and for the first time in Miami. I have a sweet lady named Carmen who is the best and nicest person !!! She did a gel manicure and pedicure for me and was wonderful !! I can't express enough about the customer service she provided 😀 My daughter got a full set of acrylics and the sweet lady working on her was so funny and so customer service as well! Love this place and if we lived here instead of California this would be my place of choice. ❤️

I decided to try a local establishment and saw that Bellagio opened. My nails look great and since I get a gel lasts usually 3 weeks. I treat myself to Spa pedis and they are great and relaxing. Tom and his staff are friendly and a pleasure. The bonus is it is less expensive than the other places I have been to.

It was OK. $15 for plain pedicure and $10 for eyebrow waxing. There was only one other customer when we arrived and she was griping about getting ripped off. (Not a good thing for a new customer to hear!) Anyhoo the water our feet were soaking in was too cold and even though we asked twice to heat it up, it never got hotter than lukewarm. Disappointing. She rushed through my nails, I had bubbles on them and when I told her she caught an attitude and started speaking to me in Spanglish... when she finished, there was the uv gel polish on my hand and skin on my finger, so I showed her and she was like "oh, sorry it's $30" like she didn't give two craps that she did a horrible job. I can't express enough about the customer service she provided 😀 My daughter got a full set of acrylics and the sweet lady working on her was so funny and so customer service as well! I decided to try a local establishment and saw that Bellagio opened. My nails look great and since I get a gel lasts usually 3 weeks. I treat myself to Spa pedis and they are great and relaxing. Tom and his staff are friendly and a pleasure. The bonus is it is less expensive than the other places I have been to.
