I love everything about this place from the backsplash to the flooring! I’m picky about the way the nail salon I’m at looks and this place was something straight out of a magazine. so I would have given it a 4 but for one thing.  i'm new here, i scoured every yelp review and settled on Suntree Nails.  It was busy (yesterday - so holiday weekend almost) but i didn't mind waiting, this was my vacation treat.  I got in my chair and the girl working with me was lovely - too bad she was visiting from out of town!  I loved her :)  Anyway, part way through, the manager came over and asked if they could switch to an express pedi b/c people with appointments had come in.  My mouth was agape and I was in shock - no lotion, no hot stones, no massage - that's the WHOLE POINT of a pedicure.  i could paint my toes at home.  fortunately she changed her mind; but sorry, your lack of organization shouldn't be at the cost of a paying customer - especially one that might be or could be a regular / recurring one.  I will chock this up as a crazy busy day that they weren't prepared for and they just didn't know what to do - and they picked the wrong solution at first.  In the end, the pedicure was great - the shop is clean, spacious and nice.  the color selection is great.  So like i said, if things like this don't happen all the time, then it's a 4.  but for me, almost getting booted out, a 3. On nov 27 2017 my daughter and I went to suntree nails since it was recommended on "next door" site It was lovely !    Clean.  Pleasant.  Nicely decorated Friendly.   We loved our pedicures   Nice massage The hot stone was a nice touch ! I go frequently with my friend and we love it! Lena and Lee are the best 😍 my gel manicure will last up to 3 weeks, even though I wash my hands frequently at work! Highly recommend. The ambiance is relaxing and clean. And they play current music softly in the background. Read Less

Very clean, nice salon! Would definitely recommend! Everyone is super nice, and I didn't wait at all (They are well staffed). Really lovely salon. I would've missed this place by just driving by so glad I found it online. The interior is stunning and I love that they use individual liners in the pedi tubs! Only thing I wish they weren't playing country music for the majority of the time. Something neutral for everyone would've been less irritating to sit through. Went there with my wife as we were both in desperate need of nail care.  Were really impressed with both the ambiance, service, professionalism and cleanliness,  My wife had acrylic finger nails and regular pedicure...both were fantastic.  Her technician did a great job on her  fingernails and spent a lot of time cleaning, prepping and shaping.  Hands and nails look great and her "problem toe" feels so much better after being expertly shaped.I had the deluxe pedicure; my technician spent a great deal of time (THANK YOU Ms. Kim) debriding dead skin, cleaning cuticles and shaping nails.  The massage, hot wax and warm towel treatments really restored my awful looking and feeling feet and legs to a healthy and comfortable state.  I have seen lots of patients with awful infections and skin problems because of unsanitary spa practices and the staff here is METICULOUS.  All during our treatments staff were cleaning, sweeping and disinfecting - BRAVO!  The place is spacious, comfortable and the beautiful wood-work wall sets a great environment, massage chairs are high-end, comfortable and work great.Will definitely go back and pleased to recommend. I have gone here twice for a spa pedicure now based off the stellar reviews. First the pros: prices are great, the place is clean, great staff, and they are accommodating at fitting walk-ins in from what I have witnessed. Now the cons: two times now I have experienced something here I have never experienced anywhere else. My nail polish has rubbed off days later. Weird. Both times I have selected Essie or OPI brand nail polish, I have given ample time to sitting my toes under the dryer, and wear flip flops the days following. Soooo when it's time for me to wear my closed toed shoes at work days later, my socks leave impressions on my polish and rub off the polish as well. These are breathable regular socks, and no my shoes aren't too tight. The polish is gummy days later. In under a week my pedicure is destroyed. I went to another salon and the tech there told me it's likely due to the nail polish being old. Plus, she even commented on the gumminess while removing the color. So while it's nice to get a pedicure there, it won't last long. Like I said, I have had pedicures all over the country and have never encountered gummy polish rubbing off days later. By far the best experience I've ever had at any salon! My friend told me I had to go and she promised me the prices were fair. Many times when I go to a 5☆ salon I feel I am over charged. This was not the case. For almost the same price I was use to paying they gave me and my daughter extra services that other salons charge. There service is beyond amazing and they are so patient and polite. If they coughed or sneezed the attendants immediately put a mask. If a customer was coughing immediately provide water and evened offer cough drops. There attention to detail is 5☆ They were booked on a Monday and the manger did her best to accommodate walk ins and appointments. She was so professional and new all her customers I recommend getting an appointment or come in before 1pm. Super impressive setting right in downtown Melbourne- great atmosphere; super friendly staff who know what they are doing, and they are so quick! My mom and I have been to plenty of nail salons in the area and we are happy to say Suntree Nails provided an excellent first time experience. I looked up reviews for nail places in Viera/Rockledge and let's just say it was looking bleak. I wasn't pleased with the last few places we had been going so I looked up the reviews for Suntree Nails and they were all pretty recent and very positive. Naturally, I called and made an appointment, the woman I spoke to was so sweet. So 2:30 came and in we went for pedicures-from start to finish we were treated so nicely. The manager greeted us and let us know they were running a few minutes behind (we really didn't have to wait long, 10 minutes probably). It was really great to see they made sure we would be sitting next to one another and actually start at the same time too (it was just a few finished apart). To set the scene for you, cozy beige massage chairs (that work), easy listening music playing (think 99.3), no news blaring in the background, and a comfortable relaxing ambiance. I was already happy but when Anna, my nail tech, began my pedicure I was on cloud 9. She was so gentle with my pedicure. My Mom had Kevin and said the same thing. Anna gave me an amazing massage and just when I thought she was done, she started a second one and ended it with stone massaging! I had such a smile plastered to my face to the point where other guests smiled at me and said "Your face was priceless". My mom wanted nail art done and we weren't able to catch the woman's name but her work is exquisite! It looked like a stencil and she did it free hand. She touched up any imperfections and left a beautiful finish. I wanted a wax and Anna also provided that for me. Again, gentle and had me laughing in the room with her. The staff and environment was so lovely and welcoming that we will certainly be returning. If you can call ahead be sure to do so because for a Monday afternoon, they were hoppin. Well all I have to say is the person who said they were rude here, must have had a bad day or gave off a bad vibe! My mom had a stroke in 2010, she hasn't been able to speak and slight mobility issue, they pampered her 110% did a great job on her feet and nails! Helped her pick her colors even with the communication barrier it's seemed flawless and seamless! It's very clean here and pleasant! Everything looks new been to a few places down here with my fiancée and dealt with issues browning clear coats a lot of language barriers and chatter. Not the case here I can actually take a nap and not be concerned if they will take care of my mom! Amazing place! Little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for! That I'm a believer in! So save 20 bucks and have headaches.... Lol. Correction, I guess I jumped the gun.. Mani and pedi $ 49 my mom didn't want the gel. But again! Amazing place she's very happy! Read Less

This is Suntree's hidden gem! I accidentally drove by it and needed my nails touched up. I popped in and was immediately seated. The manicure was so delightful, I requested a pedicure.
