Worst experience EVER. Do I have to give one star? From the consultation, service, and the finished product.. I'm still in shock.. I was corrected when I tried to tell the lady what I was asking for... the only thing she wanted to know is "what cala you want?" She didnt even get that right... she started applying and I imedidiatly said that wasn't the color. She said it was nice and just kept applying. When I went to pay I showed her what was expecting to get, and she blew me off like I was joking... needless to say the shapes of my nails are all crooked and uneven. and after ghe polish settled, its all clumpy and runny looking.. going to have to go to my normal place and get them fixed... went out on a wimb cause my place is closed sundays. I had a great experience! My nail tech did an amazing job whether it was giving me a good massage or having small talk with me. I took her card & will definitely come back again! I got there at 9:52 & they open at 10 but still got me started. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews online but i had a good experience! There was a nail tech that did seem a little grumpy & tbh all salons have one of those , just request another person if you don’t think the person who takes you is friendly! The nail tech next to the station I was sitting at was watching movie, eating chips and had her bare feet up on the clients chair. I watched them “sterile” their instruments. Basically just putting them in the wrapper and putting them on the shelf. My nail tech was friendly and thorough but everyone else was busy talking on the phone and seemed annoyed when customers showed up. I’ll stick with my regular salon. Read Less

My mom and I went in for pedicures for our cruise and the experience was very nice! We made an appointment and they sat us down maybe 5-10 minutes after which was fine. It took maybe 45 min. The chairs are older, but they still work out the knots in my back! lol They sat us down to soak our feet and thankfully adjusted the temp since it was almost too hot. If you're not into talking, they're fine with that. They'll just go about their business. Though, one of the ladies was watching TV on her phone while working on my mom's toes. She didn't do a bad job at all, but it just seemed odd. They aren't too rough either. I had a tender spot on my toe and he was gentle around it. I also appreciated that while he was masterfully massaging lotion into my legs, he went back and buffed out rough spots that he detected on my foot. The paint job was of course good since it's a better job than I can do myself! lol When all was said and done, he helped me put on my flip flops, walked me over to get my toes dried under the light and even offered me a free soda/water! The price was also reasonable for me; only $28. Even though it may not be the fanciest place, I still enjoy it and the people there. Read Less

Walked in for manicure. It was the worst experience. Not very friendly and Was rushed through. It was so sad and the nail tech sneezed on me without covering his mouth area or wash his hands after. So unsanitary!!! I will never go back!!! The name of the business is deceiving so beware! The reviews are bad and I should have looked at them Before entering that place. Lesson learned. Read Less

Wow! $40 for a short and terrible manicure and pedicure. My technician talked on the phone half the time, the polish was dry and clumpy. I had to ask her to redo it. I could have lived with that until I saw the price! $40??? Seriously!?!? Read Less

This place definitely deserves better reviews than what people are leaving. I've been there a couple of times now (for pedicures) and I've never left disappointed. The staff is friendly, they have massage chairs and free soda, it's very clean (they use new tools with every customer), they have a good selection of polish colors that aren't "watered down", and it's reasonably priced. It's not the fanciest nail salon you could find, but it still meets all the requirements I look for. For a $30 pedicure, you're not going to find much better. Read Less

Worst nail experience ever! Zero stars from me. I went with my daughter and daughter in law. The girl cut me twice and made me bleed. The guy doing my daughter did an awful job and the older guy doing my daughter in laws had to do her nails over  two times and the third time she told them to take it off. I asked for acrilic nails and the lady convinced me that powder is better and I agreed. My nails are crooked, way too thick and the white part is uneven. They look awful and I'm getting married and don't have time to fix them. I asked for blue gel nails for my daughter and they painted them purple. Her dress is blue. Needless to say, I'm a little stressed considering I have so much to do and now our nails are just plain ugly. Read Less

If I could give less than 1star I would. I went in for a gel manicure... I've gotten one every 3 weeks for the last 2 years... All of their nail polishes were off brand, and a strange color selection at that. When I was about to leave a technician gripped me super hard by the elbow and lead me to a station. I decided to give it a shot. The station was FILTHY, covered in nail dust. The tools came straight out of dirty dusty drawers- nothing was sanitized, possibly ever. The man who did my nails was nice enough and did a neat job but I could not get passed the dirty state of his equipment and the salon in general.I washed my hands three times when I left. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would.  Worst gel manicure I have ever had.  The woman nipped four of my fingers at the cuticle, causing bleeding in all of them and then did not push back any cuticles on the other hand.  The edges of the polish were not cleaned up around my nails.  And no clear coat used as a base, just color put directly on my nails.  They then charged me $40 for this.  Would never go there again. Just had a gel mani and spa pedicure two days ago. The lady couldn't find the matching color to the gel mani. (Also clipped my nails with out asking or warning.) So now my feet and nails don't match. Oh and two days later the gel mani came off one nail. Not chipped. Came off. Yuck Read Less

Just stay with most of the female staff. One of the male staff hurts you when he pulls your cuticles rather than cuts it. Even after you tell him but I have come to know most of the girls and they are awesome! The massage chairs also have a bum feature which feels awesome!! Read Less

I walked in with two friends to get pedicures. The woman told us there was a ten-minute wait and we agreed. Two minutes later, a group of three women walked in (obviously without an appointment- no mention of it, and the way they interacted with the woman working) and then we were told they were "clients" and there would be a thirty-minute wait (even though the woman did not even know their names.) The way this happened it was very rude. So we walked out and found another nail place- there's at least four within five minutes of this location- why not go somewhere else? Read Less
