I love this salon I love Hanna I don't usually have a problem with anything but if I do she corrects the problem, I can show Hanna a picture of what I want and she will take that picture and put it on my hands and toes she is just that good. I have been going to Dynasty Nails for over a year and a half since I moved to Florida. I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. Hanna did my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. Vivia normally does my Mani Pedi and Brenda does my husband. Yesterday we had a 12:30 appointment. Brenda's customer before my husband was 1/2 hour late for her appointment so they asked my husband if he could wait. He had another appointment at 2:00 and could not wait. He.was given a ...choice by Hannah on who he wanted to do his nails. He said Vivia, my girl. Therefore, I was stuck with two less experienced technicians which was totally unfair to me. The lady who was late should have been given the bottom one of the two technician that was assigned to me since she was the one that caused all of this disarray. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I wasted $60 on a terrible Manicure and Pedicure, besides the fact that my nail tech smelled like cigarettes. Dynasty Nails is the only place I will go. Hana is absolutely THE BEST. She does a fantastic job on nails and you wouldn't believe how well she does with permanent makeup. Everyone in the salon does a great job. Brenda and Van give great pedis. Everyone takes their time with you. I've never had to wait. The salon does SNS nails which is better for your nails than acrylic and gel. It doesn't damage your nail like the others. They also offers eyelash extensions. Read Less

I have to say this was a great recommendation. Everybody there was very nice. The place is very clean and they use natural products. I got the deluxe pedicure and I felt like I wanted to fall asleep in the chair. I love the smells and I love all the beautiful colors to choose from. There is no chemical scent in that place at all. Tried this salon twice and both times weren't very good. Called ahead and was told to come at 11am. Showed up and they were packed with no techs available. Ended up waiting about 45 minutes, so no idea why I was told to come for my appointment time and then no one was available. Guess they just didn't want to be honest and lose a potential customer. I wanted to splurge and get the deluxe pedicure but was never asked by the tech so I ended up being given just the basic. I rarely get my nails done, because I've never left a nail salon fully satisfied and I always end up feeling robbed of my money. So far my experience at this salon has always been wonderful. I don't have to watch my nail technician like a hawk to make sure my nails don't come out looking busted. Dynasty Nails does a great job, everything from manicures to pedicures to permanent makeup. The instruments are sterilized and great care is taken to be careful with sensitive areas. Firstly, I'd like you to know I do NOT write reviews and I'm not a penny pincher. I visited Dynasty nails May 15th and I asked for the regular pedicure ($22) and an SNS refill (also $22). My pedicure service is mediocre. I feel I can paint my nails better than this woman can. My SNS manicure is also mediocre. It's very thick and I asked for Oval nails and they are wide and square. I asked her to please round them more and the lady was very abrupt with me. The icing on the cake, my bill was $58.00 it should've been $44.00. I brought this to the woman's attention and she said the prices on the board were wrong and that is what I owed. I paid my bill and left. I'm NEVER going back to this establishment. At first, my experience was going well as I started off with a pedicure, I loved that they used lining in their tubs. But when I decided to add on a lash service my experience quickly changed.I have been getting lash extensions out of state for many years. There are no professional lash extension services locally so I was excited to see them advertising it while I was getting my pedicure. The lash tech seemed very nice as we chatted and made small talk so I decided to give it a try. As I was taken to the lash room/wax room, the first thing I noticed was the camera in the room?! I have been to many nail salons... have never seen a security camera in a wax/beauty service room. I'm really hoping and assuming they don't do brazilian waxes there. I was tempted to ask but for whatever reason didn't. Anyway, I asked for very natural lashes, non-dramatic- so just basically slightly longer than my natural lashes. They also advertised them as being individual lashes. As she was applying them, I noticed she was using a completely different technique than I was used to, lifting my eyelid upwards as she was applying them. If you know lash extensions the glue to keep them in place is highly fumed so it can make your eyes water- so her technique made it a bit uncomfortable for me at times.As I laid there with my eyes half covered and without asking or my permission, I can see the lash tech and the owner taking pictures of eyes/face.  When I kindly asked not to take pictures she got defensive with me and said she will not post them on Yelp or their site. That's great if you want to show your work to other customers but don't do it without asking the customer first as a courtesy- I have a right to decline but they proceeded to do so anyway!An hour later, I was given a mirror and the end result was like drag queen going to a club. Very long in length and extra dramatic. When I expressed that this was not what I asked for and wanted her to remove them or at least some, she and the owner again got very defensive with me. Instead of removing them, she put an adhesive remover on the lashes and told me to go home and wash my face to remove them. Wow.Got home and they would not come off. I had to drive to Orlando to a professional lash salon to have them removed and was told they were not individual lashes but instead "tri-knot" lashes (the kind you can buy at Sally's) and excessive amounts of glue was used making them clump together.  They were not done professionally, not as asked for or advertised. The deluxe pedicure is so soothing and relaxing. They massage each leg with an exfoliating scrub for at least 5 minutes maybe even 10 minutes each. The whole pedicure was an hour long and I loved every minute of it. Just what I needed after a long week. Read Less

I came to this salon on 9/24 based on the reviews. It did not disappoint!!! I never write reviews but felt like I had to for this place. I did have an appointment and I brought my grandmother. She is 86 and doesn't walk well but they accommodated her nicely! They were so kind to her and everyone in the salon kept stopping over to make sure she was ok. I had a pedicure and a full set! I absolutely loved the staff at this salon.  I showed up without an appointment this morning & they were super accommodating (even with my super tight schedule).The staff were all super helpful & friendly, as I don't get my nails done too often (I had no idea what polish to choose or whether to get gel or something else).  My nails look & feel great!  The deluxe pedicure was also worth every penny. I've been getting pink and white gel powder for about a decade. I'm picky about my nails. I thoughts I would give the SNS a try and booked an appointment with Hana. Every time my pink and white has come out exactly how I wanted it and since the SNS is healthier than the acrylic, I will only be doing that from now on. Hana has a well lit, clean shop and an emphasis on clean tools. It is quiet and peaceful, and in a good location. Prices are average for this area. I haven't had a hard time getting an appointment, but Hana does have a lot of regulars, so make sure to call ahead. They do take walkins, though. If you are very picky about your nails like me, definitely come and give this place a try. You'll be happy!! Read Less

I had a GREAT visit here with Hannah. I'm new to the area and I've been unhappy with the nail salons local to me. I found Dynasty though Yelp and decided to take the 20 minute drive.  I originally came in for a pink & white acrylic fill, but decided to have this set removed and replaced with a fresh set of Pink & White SNS. She did my whole set on 30 minutes and it was FLAWLESS!  She also did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. Looking forward to a pedicure on my next visit as well. Found this spot on yelp, read through almost all the reviews and looked at pictures posted from others. I AM SO GLAD I decided to make my appointment here. Hana did an outstanding job,  finished quickly and was perfect in my eyes. Got the SNS pink and white and almost three weeks later it still looks great. Will DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone. I rarely get my nails done unless I have a special occasion to attend, but will definitely be back here when ever I decide to do my nails again. Being a diabetic I have to take special care of my feet and toes so I get them manicured. I've been to foot doctors to have them done but they don't compare to Dynasty Nails & Spa when it comes to personalize attention.
