My friend and I are here from out of town. We saw the reviews and decided to come in... the place is VERY CLEAN and SANITARY!!! We came around 2:30 on a weekday, so it wasn't busy. Everything is very new and clean, and the chairs have a lot of massage options. Great selection of nail colors and gel nails. I also love that the women don't talk much.... so I'm not sitting here wondering what they are saying about me like I sometimes feel in other nail salons. My pedi and my friend's mani came out flawless! The only minor complaint is that I don't feel like she got all of my heel calluses off. (Not that worried about it tho) Highly recommend!!! O.K. I decided to give this salon a try based off the 4 1/2 out of 5 reviews on google. I've been going to Envy Nails but very unhappy with the service (see Envy Nails in Melbourne, FL review for more details). I had called first and spoke with Ann. She told me they opened at 9a and that I could come right in for a fill. I got there about 10mins later. She was very pleasant and kind. I sat in her chair. She even showed me where to hang my purse at her work station. While getting a refill, I couldn't decide between gel or polish at that moment. She was very patient and even recommended some colors. We talked a lot. She's friendly, yet fast and I could tell the way she handled my nails that she is very particular about her work. She made me feel as if my nails were very important to her. That is a rarity because the majority of nail techs are only interested in getting money so they rush through everything with little to no attention to detail. And Ann paid attention to all the details. So I decided on the polish for now. I did get a couple of smudges on the side of my nails because it takes longer to dry and I need more patience in that area. But it's barely noticeable and I will be going back in a week to change the color anyway. So, all and all, I would recommend this salon! Read Less
