First time I went they did an OK manicure, second time for a pedicure I came away with a deep cut on my toe due to lack of attention to the task at hand or poor eyesight. Instead of clipping the hangnail it was pulled off and caused profuse bleeding. I had to ask for first aid, it wasn't offered. I hadn't been back for a year until recently when I needed a quick manicure figuring what could go wrong . No accidents this time but experienced what some other people have mentioned, overcharging for basic services.They charged $10 extra for removing a powder type polish but never mentioned it before they started. The new gel manicure lasted two days then chipped. Are they overcharging because they have lost customers and are trying to make up the loss or are they greedy and getting away with it.? I have taken my 2 daughters here multiple times, they do a good job but they nickel and dime you with everything. My daughters get acrylics and they charge extra for everything. This last time we went one of my daughters had barely 3 lifted nails and she was charged like a brand new set of acrylics, they had just done her previous nails 2 weeks prior so they were in very good shape. Also if she would want to trim the nails that would be extra as well. Question: what is a manicure? Doesn't that include trimming, filing and cuticles? Then why not for acrylics? The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they do a good job but again they nickel and dime. Way overcharging repeating customers! I took Grandma to get her toes done and all new staff not a familiar face only to find out by one of the new girls that everyone had been fired and wouldn’t tell me where they had gone to. The worst part was she was telling me personal business amongst owners which was absolutely none of my business. I just found out this location and went to get a new full set. I have psoriasis on two of my nails so they are very soft. I was taken care of by Lily who was very kind and understood how to help me without any trouble. She held a wonderful conversation and did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails. When I asked for 2 pedicures and one fill in I was told it would cost me 35 to 40 dollars just because I have long nails. I don't mind paying for service but it was her attitude. Definitely a hella waste of money. Was reading reviews and decided to try it out. Shit when I was wrong, got a mani and pedi from their dad I'm guessing since his old as shit. I use to know them since they went to Accension Catholic Church. He spent 30 minutes and my manicure alone and it was alone regular nail polish and 45 on my pedicure when after I get home I still see the freaken dead skin and nail polish was already peeling. I just had the worst manicure and pedicure from the older tall man (apparently the "father"). My mom and grandmother go here all the time. As a birthday gift during my visit to FL, my mom paid and I wish she didn't WASTE her money. I arrived after some other women and was done way before them all. He barely did anything to my feet - I still have dead skin hanging off my foot - and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes FOR BOTH A MANI/PEDI. I do not recommend. Read Less

This is a place is a hidden gem! Lily is an absolute doll she is so sweet and very good! She listened to what I wanted and surpassed that! This is a very cute, super clean family business. She works along side her parents and husband, they are all so kind and welcoming to each person who walks in. Lily also took the time to chat while she did her magic. I will 100% be coming back! Very, very friendly welcome as soon as I entered the salon. I noticed the same friendliness extended to all other customers. The entire salon was immaculate, the polishes very well organized, and extra measures taken to ensure cleanliness throughout. My nail technician was extremely thorough and precise, taking extreme care and time. Prices are comparable to other nail salons. The technician who waxed my eyebrows offered up helpful information on other services, as well. This was my second visit, and I think this will become my preferred nail salon. I have been to several others in both Palm Bay and Melbourne, and nothing compares. Went here previously for a pedicure ans received excellent service so decided to use them for my nails for my wedding. Lily did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding. I want to first start off by saying that the day we went they were understaffed. The owner told us that they had 2 people quit with no notice the day before. We had to wait about 30 minutes before they could put us in a chair for the pedicure. They started on my pedicure first and then did my moms. About halfway through my mom's pedicure, the manicurist (rather than have one person do both mani/pedi, they had some people who did pedis and some who did manis) came over to her and started to do her manicure while she was still in the pedicure chair. It was quite awkward and she probably should have stopped the lady, but we had to get it done because we were leaving for a cruise the next day. Then after she finished working on my mom, she came over to me. About halfway through, my pedicure was complete and I got up and went to her station. I only got a clear coat on my fingernails because she was trying to do a quick job and I could easily see that it wasn't going to turn out well. I got a gel polish on my toenails and it is easily the worst one I have ever had. About 3-4 days into my cruise the gel started to come up on the sides of my nails! I usually have gel last on my toes for 2 weeks or longer!I will not go back here, and I will not recommend anyone else go here. They have low quality products and low quality service. Read Less

I received the worse set of acrylic nails he cut them shorter than my own nails they lofted on the thumbs after a few days ---the pedicure took all of 15 minutes very unhappy spoke!to management and they didn't charge for nails. Just moved here from Illinois and was concerned about finding a nail salon as good as the one I had gone to for years. Accent Nails and Spa is excellent. Super clean nail salon! Mon-Wed they have specials which I love. I am so impressed by the cleanliness in this place. They offer a more deluxe pedicure but are not pushy. In my first visit there I was trying to match a Shellac color with a OPI color for a mani-pedi and they were so helpful in not only allowing me my time in picking one out but also coming over to help.
