The customer service was top-notch. They quickly attended to my needs, are very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. The selection of colors and products was phenomenal. They had a full complement of their services varying degree of price range. There were many kind of MANICURE to choose from. In this world you get what you pay for. I don’t know why people would post negative reviews about this place because I LOVE this place. It is under new management so maybe people have had a bad experience from the previous owners. They’re so nice, they greet you with a smile when you come in. They’re not like other nail salons. They don’t talk to each other while they’re doing your nails, which I find kind of annoying. I was there Mother's Day weekend ago and for the first time I must say I was very upset and not happy with my results. I have been coming to the location for over a year now. I had my nails done (gel), feet and eyebrows done and spent 70 including the tip. When I left I was happy but when I got home I was unhappy, why my feet was on fire (itching itching) it felt like I had ants in my shoes at work everyday. I had to go buy fungi cream from the store and go to the doctor because it was just that bad. I didn't have any issue with my feet before arriving until after I left the shop. I called the shop and was ask did I try vasaline on my feet or not ( I plan it as nice as possible because that really pissed me off). My feet are just now getting better, not happy at all. They didn't apologize for my inconvenience at all or tried to offer anything. I am so disappointed now because I really loved the staff but that really made me mad I've been going there so long. So I came in in the late afternoon I wasn't sure of vanity nails hours. I asked if they still had an availability and they said yes with a big smile. I found out after that they had stayed open an extra hour in order to give me my Mani Pedi! I don't know very many places that would do that! This spot is a regular for my friend. I went here for the first time yesterday for a regular polish Mani and Pedi. They have an awesome $32 special. My technician did an amazing job, she was super friendly and took her time to do a great job. She shaped my nails the way I like them and also accommodated my preferences being that I am extremely ticklishly and sensitive to deep massages. I will admit that the staff is friendly but the work done on my nails was by far one of the worst I've had. In a span of two weeks, I've had 3 broken nails and one that is ready to break which is what triggered me to leave this review. I constantly get my nails done (acrylics) and have had my share of minor issues with certain nail spots, however, this one takes the cake. I was astonished that this would be the end result of the work done because (Tan) was so friendly and seemed to know how to do nails. I contemplated going back and getting my nails fixed but I wouldn't dare allow him to "fix" or touch my nails again. Salon is located off Sample Rd near Best Buy, a bit tough to find with google maps but it is a hidden gem. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. They use a high power autoclave for instruments which is a great sign. They have a huge selection of 3 or 4 different nail color brands and the gel lamp is LED. Lili was my tech and she maintained a high level of professionalism and customer service was exceptiona. The entire staff was very sweet and kind throughout my appointment. Best manicure I've ever had! I have been on a search for a quality salon and I've finally found it. And... Its within walking distance of my house. The guy who did my nails (I wish I got his name) took his time and did my nails perfectly. I am horrible at picking my cuticles and he cleaned them up so nicely that It didn't even look like my hands. Top notch all the way ! I will never go back to this nail salon again. Every time I go the price is always different,always more than expected,  my daughter needed 2 nails repaired along with a fill and pedicure, he replaced all off them and said he wouldn't charge her, well he did. They are very greedy people. The just lost two customers. I don't even know why I'm giving them one star, probably because my daughter had her nails done by a female the first time who she liked. I just moved to the margate area and had absolutely no idea where to get my nails done. I tried a few places and finally came to Vanity nail and spa. This place is absolutely amazing. Tan did my nails. He was great! I got a full gel set and pedicure. I went 4 weeks ago and not one nail has fallen off! Staff was friendly and services were quick on a friday afternoon however the ratings are based on actual services rendered. MANI/PEDI & Eyrbrow  Wax. The nail tech was very pleasant, no complaints  with the pedi. I have bad cuticles and dryness around ny nails so its not an easy task . i was disappointed she left so much  cuticles. I had to ask her to clean it up a bit more. I  understand some techs do not want to do too much but this was too much. I went home and had to finish it myself. My biggest complaint  is with the lady who waxed my eyebrows. My skin isn't overly sensative that i scar easily but she left me with two scabs on my eyebrows. She was too rough even when applying the baby oil afterwards and pulled skin. She rushed me out didnt even give me a mirror to look.  I will not be going back. Not a good fit for me. Read Less

I just found this place because I moved across the street and they are awesome! First place where my gel manicure has actually lasted a full two weeks both times. Definitely going back here from now on. I guess they had just switched management but the new owner is great and he's adding a lot more color selection. This is MY nail salon to go. Tam is a star doing gel tips and acrylics. She is an amazing waxer and the atmosphere is always happy! Her sisters are great with pedicure and nail polish plus they always seem so happy to see me. It is very modern and clean and located in a great plaza. Read Less

This is the worst nail salon I've ever experienced. They are not considerate of their customers time.  Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist how long before someone is able to do my nails?  She replied not long just 10 to 15 minutes. I chose my color and had a seat.  Thirty minutes later she came over and escorted me to the back for a pedicure. Where I waited another 20 minutes and no one was working on my feet! 50 minutes and nothing is done. You have to be friggin kidding me! As I get out of the pedi chair a nail tech says someone will be right with you.  I said not to worry I done waiting.   Tip- be honest with customers about the wait time.   The receptions could have easily said they are pretty busy the wait could be an hour.  Then it's up to the customer's discretion to leave or wait.  Did I mention, it was a Sunday afternoon visit not Friday or Saturday! I happened by this little tucked in nail salon in with Joann Fabrics, Home Goods & Sally Beauty plaza off Sample and 441.  I walked in on a Saturday evening about 1/2 hr before they closed, they still took me for a mani/pedi.  This place is VERY clean, they are very nice and I gotta say the mani I received has lasted 6 days with minor touch ups on the white tips and that is as long as any mani has ever lasted me.  I have very long natural nails and I actually quit getting manis because a french usually only lasts me a day or so before it peels off.  The pedi I got was great and very relaxing.  they have good TV placement, nice chairs and I just want to stress very very clean.I HIGHLY recommend this place, they've been open about 8 or 9 months I think and are kind of hidden - right next to Sally Beauty on the Joann Fabrics end of the plaza.  Try it - you won't be disappointed.  Either Yui or Vivian would be a good choice.  Yui stayed late to finish my mani, she did not complain, rush me out before I was dry or get attitude which would be the typical South Florida response.  Very professional - I will be going back for sure!
