Came here for the first time. Not impressed whatsoever. Their rude and try to up sell everything. The lady I had was rude, rough on my feet, and just kept talking amongst her coworkers in her language. I hate when they do this it's super not nice when you don't know what their saying! I have been a customer her for almost 3 years. I bring my daughter and myself EVERY 2 weeks for full manicure and pedicure. I always tip everybody well. Tammy has been doing my nails for this entire time. I did my nails on Friday morning, however by the afternoon, the gel polish was peeling away like thick paint. No problem, I called Tammy to fix them and was told to come in on Sunday morning at 945am. I arrived at 950am and she was doing someone else's nails and had the nerv...e to start yelling at me saying that I was too late, she told me 945am. All of this while the waiting area was filled with customers. I told her that when she stops to do eyebrows or eyelashes in the middle of doing my nails, I wait without complaint. Or when I arrive for my appointment and she's not available, I still wait without complaint. First of all, if she had done my nails correctly the first time then I wouldn't have had to come back, and then you have the nerve to have an attitude because I'm 5 minutes late. This was a waste of my time to have to go back there for a service I already paid for. There are a million nail shops, I chose to patronage their business as well as send referrals to Tammy. I am highly disappointed in how she treated me. Ken apologized, but the apology should've came from Tammy because I did not deserve that. I let her know that I will not be back. Love this place, very kind and not a long wait. Quiny is AWESOME!!!!!! I have a medical issue dealing with my nerves, which cause my fingers to not keep still; and she learn how to mange with my medical issue and she still manage to deliver great quality neat manicure. I live in Coral Springs and I drive here just to get my nails done because a coworker of mine said they were really good , advanced , had the lastest services (close to Springs) if you ONLY go to "Nick" . Well , I started going but each time Nick was either out or busy . So I will always just go to the next technician. But literally EVERY ONE OF THEM FAILED !!! My first time was last year October , a young girl DRILLED MY NATURAL NAILS and PITTED my nails . I express to all of my nail techs to not drill my natural nails ! They all of a sudden don't understand English and talk in their language then KEEP DRILLING . I even had a lady stop drilling just to yell in her native tongue IN FRONT OF MY FACE to the owner and suck her teeth and he was doing was laughing and looking away from me . I said I was going to stop going there but then I had a nail emergency in march , so i figured why not ? Yea , they cut my cuticles and my middle finger swole up almost immediately . I woke up with it stiff . Here I am about to go on vacation in 2 days and I don't feel comfortable going to them but they are the only local nail shop that has the Glow in the Dark Acrylic dipping powder . I was looking for a salon open on Mondays (my regular nail place is closed) for an inexpensive pedicure. The place I occasionally used on a Monday just raised their price $2 and I figured it was a good time to check out some other places in the area. So, of course I turned to Yelp.DT nails fit the bill! Open on a Monday, pedicure for only $20, plus there was a Yelp bonus of $2 off with check in. Score! I walked in early (before lunch hour) and was taken right away. The lovely lady, Lang, was professional and meticulous. Her English is not the best, but that was not a problem whatsoever.  Got a great pedicure. So much so that I added on a polish change on my hands, too.The place itself is airy and clean. No overwhelming acetone fumes or blaring music. They have a flat screen TV. Take credit cards too.I'd definitely come back if I need a Monday pedicure and will probably talk my husband into to trying them as well. :) Read Less

Awesome place to get your nails done. Unlike most stores it compliment you with a 20% discount after every fifth visit, it is an ongoing award. Juse tell them with you need anything they'll do it. They were nice...good nails but the pedicure lady infected my toe. I went to emergency room the doctor stated bacteria on equipment gave me Cellulitus. I am still under going care from podiatrist....never again will I return. The owner tried to write me off for $330 while it is still going under treatment. I waited a week to write this review just in case my $40 nails started breaking and chipping as they usually do - I was in shock when they still look as perfect as they did a week ago.I went the Sunday before school started and it was BUSY. I waited about 15 min to get a full set and Ken is the one that helped me. He was juggling doing about 10 things at once. He was answering the phones, helping everyone that came through the door, dealing with complaints, and doing my nails.I had low expectations because of this. I chose black gel nails since I can't paint black on my own nails. He did a great job and they were exactly what I wanted.
