I took a risk by just blindly walking into this salon because I live super close to it. I was a bit afraid, too, because it was my second time in a nail salon ever. I was pleasantly surprised, and I have been coming back for all of my nail needs! I think I've been going there for almost two years now? Time flies! This salon is always impressively clean, and they clearly autoclave and otherwise sterilize their tools. (They open autoclaved tools right in front of you!) They clean pedicure chairs and manicure stations after each customer, as well as ensure their own hands are clean and neat. Â They use some disposable, one-time-use items, too, particularly in their waxing room -- the papers and whatnot used to catch wax and/or to lay limbs on, the "popsicle sticks"/spatulas, etc.All staff are quite friendly and often very funny. They will remember your name, and if you come often enough, you'll know their names: Ana, Lee, Miki, Tammy, Vanh, Vee, Heather, Tina. I gravitate toward Tina, but all of them are quite good! The prices are definitely reasonable for a salon/spa. I used to be a broke college kid, and I'm not flush with cash now, but it's pretty easy to budget for this place. Plus, they offer you a free drink while you're getting your nails/wax/whatever done! (I'm a big fan of their red wine/merlot.)All around excellent experience every time! :) Read Less
