Every experience I’ve had with Kathy and Robbie has been fantastic. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and have had 0 issues. Kathy does an amazing job with my pedicures, the results are long lasting. I only need to get 1 done per month. She’s also very creative with her nail designs. She can do anything you need done. From a bit of corporate appropriate glam to full on extravagant set. Robie is a beast with acrylics. I absolutely will not allow anyone else to touch my nails besides her and Kathy. My nails always come out exactly how I want them and I wear a very particular shape and I’ve never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend anyone check them out! I've only gone once, and will be the last one. I went to get Manicure AND Pedicure. They were busy with other customers, but I didn't mind waiting. I saw that they gave a glass of complimentary wine to the clients in front of me, so I thought it was worth the wait. When I was taken to the manicure table, they received new clients and were paying more attention to them, but since I wasn't in a big rush, I just waited and waited. It turns out I was there for over an hour, almost two, for removal of acrylic nail (which were super short) and basic manicure. When they took me to the drying station I asked the lady when it was my turn for pedicure since when I got in I explicitly said both, she acted surprised and treated me like a liar, asking me when I said about the pedicure. I just finished drying my nails, paid and left. Pathetic. If I could give negative stars - or no star AT ALL- I would. Poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worse enemy.If you want to be treated badly, like trash and a nobody, like they're doing you a favor (even though you're paying for the service), this is the place for you. Good service. Always find a way to fit me in even last minute. Kathy is fantastic with nail art (not the old school "design" but the more advanced and new styles). I would advise making an appointment if you don't have time to wait or lack patience. The prices are on par with market. Read Less

WORST experience ever! Please ladies save your money... I went in there to do a fill on my nails and i very clearly asked for a yellow color. A young girl gives me one and another girls starts applying it. When my nails goy dry she sprayed what i think was water on them and they start turning orange. Then she goes: They're mood changers. Well I didnt ask for no mood changers, I told her and thats when they got super rude. They girl said it was MY responsibility, that I should have read the paper on the nail polish. So I get the gel polish filed of and nothing at this point is done with concern or good service. She is just rushing the whole process although there was no other costumer but me in the shop. And when she leaves me to dry the new layer of normal nail polish she LITTERALY leaves me there for a good 15min without letting me know when I can go or pay. She just yells: u can go now!!! And she overcharged me $10 because my "nails were long" and left my left thumbnail uneaven and polish outside the nail. Read Less
