Hit or miss. The first two times I've been here, I loved it. Both times, I received an excellent gel manicure. The people helping me were very attentive and took care of me right away. Can't say the same for my third visit for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in, a woman I had not seen before asked what I wanted and was also the one who checked me out. She said nothing upon my payment either, just swiped my card, handed me a pen and that was it. Zero customer service. I got a simple pedi and the man who did the pedi, cut my nails way too short and filed them unevenly. He kept looking at the front door while working on my nails. The paint job was subpar. I could have done a better pedicure at home myself (which is why I go to a professional to get it done). Rachel is absolutely fabulous! I made the mistake of letting my daughter get her sns manicure with someone else and will never do that again! My daughter's nails are not worth the $40 we paid for and she got cut, when I went to talk to the owner instead of hearing an apology she started questioning us! This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. I went in a few weeks ago and got a gel removal and manicure. The guy I got, gave me the worse manicure i have ever had! He overly cut my cuticles very roughly, i had to tell him to ease up and be careful. The front desk guy noticed i was unhappy and tried to get the owner to cover it but i had to still pay for the removal. To make it more awkward she started yelling at him while i was still there drying my nails. Overall it was a horrible visit. I'm disappointed now i need to find a new place to go in the area. I've been to this place for over 2 years now and I always send lots of people here . But recently I noticed the quality of their service is getting really bad. Staff are rude and very unfriendly. They rush everything to be able to get more customers. It happened few times to me and my best friend but I thought they might having a bad or busy day so I avoided going there on weekends. So I went there 2 days ago. Same service. Rushed through pedicure and she wouldn't even listen that I wanted round shaped! Long story short 1 day later all of my nails were chipped! So I went back today and explained it to the owner who calls herself a manager. She replied oh that's why you should get the Gel and we never guarantee these to stay long! I understand they are not long lasting as gel but only for 24 hrs? She tried to charge me again and refused to let me pay the difference to get gel and finaly agreed to just change the polish for no charge! I used to love going here. I wouldn't consider myself a regular but have visited multiple times. Recently, I made an appointment and wasn't seated until 20 minutes after my appointment time then sat in a chair for another 25 minutes before my service was started. Not being able to relax, had to rush the nail tech but she did a good job. I decided to come back since my nails looked nice and give another try. Got seated right away but waited 30 minutes to soak my nails and start the manicure. Salon took 4 kid pedicures after I walked in and finished before they even started my service even though I was there first. Nail tech was preoccupied on her phone and observing everyone else through my whole service. Nails were crooked and not shaped evenly and nail polish was not applied thoroughly. The best nails by far. Doesn't matter who does them here they always come out fantastic and they have hundreds of color choices. If your looking for gaudy over the top designs this isn't the place but if you want your nails looking right on the regular this is the place! I've been a couple of times and the only reason why I drive 20+ minutes is because this places uses pedicure bags. The time before last was a joke, guy did a half @ss pedicure job even when I paid extra to have my calluses did. This place was always great! I came today for the first time in months and just wanted a regular pedicure (walk in). The gentleman started my pedicure and the proceeded to FaceTime!!! 5 stars is my local nail salon for pedicures.  They are located in Village at Lake Lily. They give a wonderful leg massage with pedicures, offer wine or water, the massage chairs are so relaxing, and everyone is crazy friendly. Wouldnt trust anyone else to get me flip flop ready! Read Less

Beautiful salon. Very clean, I went with my sister to try it out. I waited for at least 30 mins on the opposite side of the room from my sister, no one came. I finally got up after I decided I was no longer going to wait-my sister was just about done with her nails. Then magically they were ready to help me. I did not want service there at that point. Two problems here. Time management and quality. 1. Making an appointment doesn't matter as I've waited 20 minutes or more even with making an appointment. Having this happen rarely due to something unexpected would be understandable but they purposely take walk-in after walk-in which causes their nail techs to not have availability when their appointment arrives. This is challenging when you've carved out time to be timely. 2. On top of that, the quality is inconsistent. I'...ve had lifting and peeling in under two weeks. Walked in as I needed to get my nails done before my cruise and hadn't made an appointment anywhere and this place was fabulous. Got a gel mani ($25) and a regular pedi ($25). My fingers and toes look amazing thanks to Vicky! I will be back! Read Less

I have been coming here since I moved to lake lily almost two years ago. I have since moved twice, finally buying a home in Oviedo. I continue to come here despite the drive because no salon compares. The service is exceptional and they do great work, especially Anna and Ben! Read Less
