The 4 seasons salon has just changed ownership...I went today and I have to say I love it....The new owner Hannah was very welcoming. Vivian did my nails and it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. If you love having your nails done and have stopped going here, I recommend you give the new owner a try. I tried a new nail polish and so far I like it but am curious as to how long it will last. It’s very pretty and loved how it went on and it’s supposed to be good for your nails. I was very disappointed though because my neck massage lasted about 5 seconds. I didn’t get a hand massage AND I had a free manicure but they don’t use the cards anymore and only took $10 off the total. Really?? That’s not honoring it at all. That’s worth $30! The new chairs and New look is nice. Mo...re color options and nail treatments. It is very pricey and like I said, they are stingy with their services but expect good tips and customers to come back. New owner is nice but she wasn’t the one who I had and when I asked for a hand massage- she said “next time”. I paid for it now though so how does that help me?! I doubt I’ll go back. Stay away!! Today I gave it my last chance and they didn't fail. I had enough marks for a free pedicure. I had 2 services done and gave my card to pay for the 1 service since my pedi was free (handed my stamped card showing the free pedi!) I was given a receipt for both services and was told that I could not use the free pedi since the owner was not there. There was a lot of back and forth and in the end I was refunded for the pedi. My girlfriend went here today to have her nails done. The man who did them I wouldn't allow to do my dog's nails. This guy never trimmed her nails like he should have, also when showed by her were to cut the nails to the length she wanted he cut them way shorter than she wanted I gave its place the rating that I did but I wish there was a lower one because I would have given it. My fiancé went for a manicure and pedicure 5 days before our baby is due to relax. The salon was extremely unprofessional. She paid 60 dollars, for a horrible job done. When she posted pictures on their Facebook they were incredibly rude. Saying "the baby dont care about nail." "Horrible job, you come in for manicure." Not realizing they let her walk out the door like that. They ended up deleting the post when word of mouth was getting around! Stay away from this salon is my only recommendation. First time i went i got an eyebrow wax only to leave with half an eyebrow. Still hasnt grown back correctly and its been 2 years. I was very reluctant to go back after that experience because i kept getting asked about my nails being done or getting a pedicure. They seemed pushy. Second time i went in was last weekend. After two years i thought id give it another shot and just get a manicure. Nobody in there was friendly... No greeting just straight to business. This place is clean, friendly and top notch. Jenny does amazing designs and spectacular work. I am very picky and if I don't like something she's willing to do it all over to make me happy. Very customer centric. Don't listen to the lady who posted negative things about 4 season salon. They even give you a back rub while your nails are drying! Now that's service. I have never had to wait for my appointments and I always leave happy. These girls are so friendly and kind.
