AVOID - Unprofessional, shoddy work and stupid high prices! My wife and daughter visited this place last night. Last evening, her nails began peeling. She scheduled an appointment to have them done again, and I spoke with the manager, "Joe". I told this "Joe" that in order to make it right for my wife that they should give her a free session some time in the future for the inconvenience to my wife's schedule. You'd have thought I asked him for a pint of blood and a million bucks! He was flatly opposed to the this arrangement. He's dishonorable. Visiting from South Carolina, I tried this salon for the first time. My SNS nails started to chip in less than a week!  Within 2 weeks, most nails were chipped or broken. My nails usually are good for over 3 weeks. Read Less

I had been going to Palace Nails since it opened and really wanted to like it because it was so close to home. But there prices have slowly increased and do not match what the menu says..I like the pink and white, but they obviously think its a little more work than they want to put in..started at 33.00, then 35.00 and now without warning is 40.00...come on, arent they in business to give the customer what they want at a fair price..plus rude about it...never, ever going back Read Less

I really wanted to like this place. It's so close to my house and I've tried it a couple times. Well this last time was my last. I needed a pedi and shellac change on my nails and my usual place was booked. We were leaving for a 5 day cruise and thought eh. I'll give them a try again. I went there for about a year before I realized how dirty they were. I watched them reuse sandels, put acetone in nail polish and more. I used to get the SNS powderr there and it staeted peeling after 2 days. The one time I went, they riped the powder off. It was paonful. After going to the salon in Baypines, my nails now last 3 weeks vs. 2 days. I would never recommend this place. Read Less

This is a really nice shop. I go every 3 to 4 weeks to get a pedicure as I choose to get the $3 extra polish and it stays looking nice the entire time. They have always been friendly to me and my 7 year old daughter that also will get her nails painted from time to time. I've been going there for about a year now. Read Less

When this shop first opened it was great and I visited their shop monthly for a pedicure. However, the last time, before today, the experience was less than expected. I wasn't going to return but, my husband gave me gift certificates and I decided to give them another chance since everyone can have an off day. My visit today confirms I shouldn't have gone back. The nail tech didn't listen to me or correct the issue. I walked out with polish on my toes and smudged polish on some of my nails. I calmly and in a low voice, so the other patrons wouldn't be disturbed, asked for the remainder of the gift certificates to be cash out or credited to my credit card since I would not be returning. The lady at the counter told me she couldn't return the money and I could give the gift certificates away. Now why would I give someone gift certificates for a shop where I wouldn't return?! The lady asked if she could make it right since it had been one bad experience. I explained it had happened another time too. She again told me she couldn't cash in the remaining gift certificates. I explained that my husband had purchased them in good faith and she could either refund the remaining gift certificates or I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She told me to go ahead and file a complaint because they weren't going to refund the gift certificates. Hopefully this review saves someone else from a disappointing experience. Read Less

I am a repeat customer and I am always greeted with a smile & thanked for my business every time! - the staff is absolutely amazing & go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy! *some reviewers aren't always honest* I have never heard any of the staff tell a customer they were too busy for them & I have been there 20+ times. Terrible salon. Three of us went but they only started two, third person waited thirty minutes. Didn't like color choice so refused to do it and then when they failed to do a second coat on another one of us and the pedi looked horrible they refused a refund or a gift certificate for a redo because we didn't have time to get it redone then because they took so long. Terrible quality, terrible work.  Not a friendly or welcoming environment, especially if they are busy. Aren't up to speed on properly doing current nail trends like SNS, although they advertise it as an option. Went on a Thursday evening, it took two hours for a pedi & SNS manicure. Elegant and modern facility with all the bells and whistles. My tech was very thorough and paid careful attention to my pedicure. She made sure I enjoyed every moment of my pedicure and consistently asked if everything was okay. I wish I got her name, but the language difference caused a bit of difficulty.
