I used to love this place. It was the only one I would go to. I went in 3 weeks ago and wasn't satisfied. Just figured she was having a bad day. Went in yesterday and it was worse. Mom and Helen were both rude. My nails are uneven, you can see through the gel polish in places, and she was so rough with the file around my nails 6 of my fingers are raw and bled. Never again. Today was my first time and I will NEVER go back or ever recommend anyone there. I was charged full price for a half price pedicure. I was in the chair so long the water was cold, my toes were wrinkled. I was in the chair for an hour and still did not get any of the massage, lotions or get my toes painted. There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. HELEN her husband ,mother and employees are Professional, Friendly and Fun. I have been going to King nails for 5 years and have loved it from the very first day. They have Exceptional Service. They go far and beyond any nail salon I have ever entered. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live. I use to live 15 mnts away now I live 45mnts away and still do the drive. The younger tech was very rude (not Helen). No customer service skills at all. Had to stop multiply times to tend to her child. Yelling in the business like a crazy mama. And she did a sloppy job on my nails. This is the 2nd time I let her do them thinking she was just having a bad day the first time. There salon staff and onwers (Helen) is very rude. They will start on your nails and then, make you wait for them to do a million other things and then finish you up. They are always pretending to be busy. When you are in the salon they have a million questions about their competition. If you were treating everyone fare you would not worry. Kelvin does horrible nails. I don't even believe that the mother is certified. I have spent hours in this salon trying to get ready for an event and now that Mee Mee's has opened you are in and out with satisfaction. I've never rated anywhere before, I've felt it's up to each person to decide, however, after 2 visits in a row of getting a "deluxe" pedicure I can honestly say I'm disappointed. My last pedicure was a total of 28 minutes long and was rushed. In addition, the water was cold, not my idea of relaxing. It was a disappointment and waste of money to say the least.
