The new store is beautiful. The massage chairs for pedicures are fantastic! Everything is state of the art and the staff are wonderful! The place is clean, very well kept with a wide variety of nail polish to choose from. However, the women speaks their native language to each other literally the entire time they are rendering the service. The service at this salon is inconsistent at best and today it was hostile. After calmly explaining why I was unhappy, they told me they would fix it. I showed them my receipt from when I was there and they argued with that. Then the owner Andy told me that I "always bring drama" into their salon, which couldn't be further from the truth. You could ask Kevin who does my nails just how happy I have been with his service up until now.. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. I spend way to much of my hard earned money in there to be talked to so disrespectfully. Whatever happened to customer service? I didn't even want them done for free. I been coming to this nail salon for 2yrs now and Kelly does my Nails. Kelly does a good job every time and everyone there is very professional and I love how clean they are. My friends and family also enjoy going to this salon. They now have a reward system which I think it pretty cool, I don’t know of any other nail salon that offer that. Its a nice place to go to when you want to just relax and be stress free, they also offer you Wine which is a big plus for me. Read Less

Sheila is amazing!!! She has been doing my nails/toes for almost 10 yrs and I followed her from another salon. Balla Nails is clean, friendly and lots of different services. The only downside is I have to make an appointment with Sheila because she is so busy!! She Rocks!!!! Read Less

I usually swing by here on my lunch break for a quick mani or pedi. They are always very accommodating, even when I don't have an appointment. The staff is friendly and does a good job and the polish usually lasts for 2+ weeks. They also seem very clean which is always a big concern when choosing a salon. I would definitely recommend! This place is the worst to go, I asked for a regular fill and they were arguing with me to get a gel but it was $13 more which i couldn't afford so the lady was giving me an attitude the whole time being completely rude for no reason! Also i wanted square nails and she made them round, and they weren't even with both hands. I am so angry I still gave her a good tip but I really shouldn't have. I am so disappointed in the service that I received today. I paid $30 for a pedicure that lasted less than 10 minutes. It says it includes a massage but a massage is more than just slapping on some lotion The nail salon that I typically go to charges only $20 and they spend over 30 minutes and give a really nice massage and they're only 10 minutes away from this salon. If I could select no stars, I would.  Went for a mani/pedi with my friend visiting from out of town to get primped for Valentines Day.  In all fairness, my nails came out nice.  The nail tech pushed for waxing, as they usually do, so I agreed. The wax was WAY too hot and burned me severely.  She knew it too and as soon as she put it on, ripped it off right away.  My skin hurt like never before and I have had many waxings.  My face blew up and swelled all night long and my weekend was completely ruined as I couldn't go out with my company.  I went back the following day for a refund and all they could give me was a credit since the manager is on vacation and no one knew how to do a refund.  I think I should've been compensated more than the measly $6 for the waxing.  I will never return to this nail salon.
