This salon is TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO! I had a horrible experience and left crying.. I went in for a simple pedicure and I had gel polish on and they ripped my gel polish off along with my nails!! Myself and 6 others were needing nails done on boxing day (for a wedding) and wanted to avoid the major shops. They opened especially for us and did all 7 of us, 4 pedicures and 7 full sets of nails. They did a great job and we really appreciate that they came in on boxing day, their day off, and took time away from their families to look after us! Read Less

The owner hired my 16 year old daughter to work the front desk. On her first day and only day of working for them, he didn't train her. He showed her 1 time how to check out a costumer. Not only did he scream, belittle and make her cry 2 times in less then 3 hours, he treated her like she was a piece of crap! I will never step foot into this nail salon again! This was all done in front of costumers that will not be back! It's his loss because had he trained her and treated her with respect he would of had a great employee but Instead he chose to treat her like shit. Read Less

The salon is gorgeous. Very nicely decorated. The spa seats for pedicure were very comfortable.The mani/pedi was nicely done.Seemed great right? I won't ever return though.This is why...Customer service is the best signature to a business. And this place was severely lacking it.I felt unwelcomed. No hi or smile. A nail tech that wasn't even working on my nails was trying to up sell in a really aggressive way that made me feel uncomfortable. The nail tech that did my nails did a beautiful job, but when she was done she just left. Worst pedicure and manicure. Missed painting half a toe ad a finger but when I pointed it out instead of fixing it he cut off the corner of my nails he missed. He then proceeded to burn my feet with the towel. I just got up paid and left. Never again. Read Less

My daughter and I were in here yesterday and we were both really impressed. I had been going to a different salon for a while but my last visit had been disappointing. Yesterday I came into your salon had a chat with the staff and had my nails done and I left extremely happy. My daughter had her first ever pedicure and she loved it! Wow! They are fantastic, i phoned this morning to get an appointment. I went and had such a lovely experience, they were sooo friendly! Guess what they spoke fluent english (unlike other places where they speak their language all the time and don't engage you) and spent the time whilst i was there asking me about...me! My kids, my life etc. They listened to what i wanted and delivered...my nails are purfect! Plus i was in and out in about half an hour.
