Lovely service. Hated the old owner, salon looked dirty. The new owners keep everything very clean which is something I take seriously. They are so sweet, I drive 40 minutes just to come to this salon. My nails look beautiful every time, I never have a problem with their work. I went here before when the owner was named Kathy, I absolutely hated it. The salon was dirty, dust everywhere. I was informed that they never passed their inspections. After being informed by a friend that there was a new owner, I decided to try it again. I instantly loved it. It's so much cleaner, nicer, the new owner bought new polish colors including a wall full of gel polish. I always walk in and wait no time at all, most I've waited was like 10 minutes! No appointment necessary if you're scared of a wait then call ahead! I drive 35 minutes for this salon because it's the best one I've been at. Nails are always perfect. Read Less

When Kathy was the owner, things were fine. It started to get bad when they were down to ONE nail tech and you could only get service by appointment. Last time I went in, it was all new people. I though there were FINALLY more employees. Woman doing my nails put three tips on crooked and tried to say when she did the acrylic, they would be straight. Um....no. I went to cosmetology school and that's bull. I asked her to fix them and she fixed two. I asked where Kathy was and was told that Kathy sold the salon. I asked who the new owners were, and the woman said, "Someone ELSE". I guess they are too embarrassed by the quality of services to tell who the owners are. It's my understanding that the couple that is always in there now are the owners, and several local women who USED TO frequent that salon have complained to me that they won't be going back due to similar situations. This isn't the nicest place or anywhere near it to be honest. My old classmate suggested it to me and when I walked in a thought I went to the wrong place. (I didn't) Anyway, I've been trying to find a salon that can do stiletto nails and make them even and pointing in all the same direction and not thick(?) and this place gave me the best dang nails I've ever had. The only downside is after a month I needed to get a fill and I was too lazy to and one of the nails popped off but honestly they were on fleek and I loved them. I'm definitely going back to get acrylics back on because they've made me miss them. Don't judge a book by its cover! (But also don't get a pedicure here I wouldn't put my life on that) Read Less

If I could give it no stars I would!, customer service sucks they forget people make appointments, they make you wait and then tell you they can't do your nails. Save yourself a headache don't even bother with this place.. Read Less
