I've been going to Aloha for the last 4 years and LOVE it! Nina does my nails; is always super efficient (because I'm always in a rush, lol), does an amazing job and keeps the entire salon in check all along. Literally the worst pedicure I have ever had. He butchered my toes by taking off chunks to the point where they couldn't fix it. Then the manager had the audacity to charge me $20. Not recommended. Find somewhere else. Read Less

Went in for manicure gel and pedicure. Older gentleman did the service. He did not speak the  entire time I asked for my toes to be cut short. Once he was finished and ready to put polish on   I saw the nails not short uneven and jagged I asked again pointed out one.  He cut just one. Then painted my toes then proceeded to try to but my shoes over the wet toes. There was a string on my shoes that went across my toes /lint? I asked are   You going to remove that ? He pulled it away. He then just walked away. I then got out of the chair and wandered up front to find him. He then proceeded to do the roughest manicure I have ever had. When he finally jabbed me I pulled my had back and said something. He finished then turned the application of the gel over to a women. They asked about the powder and I said maybe next time. She did the gel. The female never spoke then at the end filed my nails left powder from nails on top and said thanks!  No wiping off  the white nail poster with the alcohol or polish remover. I would not recommend! Terrible! I came here and called ahead to make sure they had availability for 2 and they promised they would have availability for both of us within 5 minutes. We waited over 45 minutes! Then, they do a horrible job! It looks like a 3 year old painted my nails. Ever since I moved to Altamonte Springs last year I have been a frequent flyer at Aloha. I go every couple of weeks on a Friday, never with an appointment & I always get seen very quickly. I love the bar set up they have for getting your nails done, it makes such great use of their space. & their is a hook beside each chair for your purse which I always find so neat! When you walk in there is always someone their to greet you and to find out what you would like done. I usually speak to Nina ( One of the owners) she handles all the appointments and keeps everything in check with walk ins and timing! Tommy (Owner and Ninas husband) is the BEST nail tech in there. He pays such great attention to detail and he is so sweet. He loves to engage in conversation and talk. Read Less

I've been going there for sometime now and I spend quite a bit every time I go. I wait forever whether I have an appointment or not and always there for a couple of hours or more never fails. I went there yesterday and got my nails and feet done but the polish on my nails which is gel which is 25 more on top of everything else started chipping and I knew it was gonna happen due to Tommy rushing to go home since they were closed and always I mean always take too many people more customers than workers. Quantity is more important to them than quality. I called this morning to let Mina the manager know and she simply asked me to come back on the weekend or Monday cuz they have too many mothers day appointments booked and can't help me plus they're short staffed which is shity customer service for someone that's been going there a while and spend a lot of money. Won't refund money and won't help me!! I feel very bullied by that nail shop and will take this higher. They reallh deserve 0 starts but you gotta put something so one is what they are getting. I have been going to Nina and Tommy at Aloha nails for years. They did my bridal party's nails and are always Willing to work you in when needed. I would highly recommend aloha nails. Love them! The SNS powder is the way to go... last long and is good for your nails. Read Less

This was my first time at this salon. I came in because I broke my thumb nail  at work. They took me right in, there was no wait time. They didn't have the exact same color for my nail polish but they were able to not only fix my broken nail but get as close as they could to the color.The place is rather small but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Like I said before they didn't have the exact color for my nail polish but they took their time to try on different colors to match or resemble the one I have on.If you are ever in the Wekiva Springs area, I recommend this place Read Less
